Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to work within our Global Manufacturing Excellence (GM) under the Technical Support team.
The technical support team are a multi-disciplinary team responsible for providing high-quality technical support to GM operating facilities (Refineries, NGLF, and petrochemical plants) inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & across the globe.
Your primary role is to identify and manage asset reliability risks that could affect plant operations. You are also required to develop (and/or adopt) and drive the implementation of asset reliability programs and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Facilitate and manage all reliability programs.
Develop asset life strategies.
Provide technical support to the operation team during the entire lifecycle of the plant’s major equipment, analyzing their performance, operational conditions and boundaries, in order to guarantee reliable and safe operations.
Implement the best-in-class solutions as foreseen by international standards and other internal company standards.
Lead efficiency improvement initiatives and upgrade programs.
Generate and calculate the asset KPIs for major equipment.
Propose changes in operating modes, or technological improvement, or maintenance implementation strategies, in order to support the company’s vision of continuous improvement.
Utilize the best-in-class monitoring tools (GE SMART SIGNAL, SYSTEM ONE) and other maintenance & reliability tools (SAP, iMOM, GE MERIDIUM) to support decisions in case of failures, or abnormal operating conditions.
Provide technical support to the maintenance team to enhance preventive maintenance strategies and checks, along with predictive maintenance strategies and operation-based maintenance checks.

Minimum requirements

You must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferably Mechanical Engineering).
You should have a minimum of 15 years experience in the reliability field.
You should possess in-depth knowledge of all reliability programs such as RCM, RAM, FEMCA, Bad Actors, MTBF…etc.
A thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, and international codes, standards and specifications is also essential.
Familiarity with the main investigation tools and techniques like FRACAS, RCA, and TAPROOT is preferred.

As a Prisoner Es**rt Custody Driver at one of our Vehicle Bases your role is to provide transportation services, collecting detainees from prisons or police stations and transporting them safely and securely to courts. Once there, you’re responsible for every aspect of their care until it’s time for them to return to custody or to be released. Duties include, accompanying defendants in court; searching property or people; Ensuring food and drink is available and completing paperwork and data entry for the day.

Our roles are 40 hours per week. Daytime shifts Monday-Saturday. You must Be flexible as there will be occasions when finish times are unpredictable (overtime paid).

What you need to do the job
The great thing is, there is no previous experience required! What is key is that you are patient and understanding. If you are successful through our eligibility & assessment process, we will invite you to attend a five-week training course that’ll provide you with the skills you need to be a Prisoner Custody Officer.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to use those skills to manage and control all situations, ensuring your detainee remains calm and cared for. Our roles would suit those who have an interest in criminology or psychology.

Due to the nature of this role it is essential for you to hold a full UK drivers licence. C1 & D1 license allowances payments: C1 = £2400 per annum / D1 = £2700 per annum

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Excellence’s Projects and T&I Shared Services Department (P&TSSD).
P&TSSD are responsible for the planning and ex*****on of our Downstream projects and the Turnarounds of Global Manufacturing facilities.
Your Primary role will be to carry out the planning activities for the scheduled turnarounds within our Global Manufacturing facilities and ensure meeting T&I gates processes deliverables. You will also be required to coordinate and direct various units within Global Manufacturing to ensure full compliance with all T&I requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Prepare the budget for the yearly operating plan, and develop the Mid-Year and Year-End Accountability reports.
Collect all T&I input recommendations; work lists; and projects from the OME team and assemble them together in an organized scope of work.
Ensure preparation of detailed T&I schedules in the Critical Path Diagrams form and simple bar charts or with electronic scheduling software, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, etc.
Ensure shutdown and startup details of activities are incorporated in the Primavera schedule, including the systems and equipment release schedule.
Prepare lists of all expense project package and ensure all required expense projects are developed and approved.
Lead contract procurement related to all expense projects.
Ensure the planned scope meets the EIS schedule.
Optimize the T&I schedule duration and cost.
Follow-up on material and contracts procurement.
Report planning progress to management
Ensure the T&I within the defined boundaries of cost, schedule and quality.
Develop T&I ex*****on plans.
Facilitate scope of work meetings and scope of work challenges.
Prepare and issue comprehensive post-T&I reports.
Monitor accounting budgets vs. actuals for work requests, materials orders, etc.

Minimum requirements

You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical/industrial engineering.
You should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Turnaround events in the Oil & Gas Industry, preferably within the downstream sector (Petrochemical or Refinery).
You should be able to demonstrate an overall knowledge of T&I planning and ex*****on management.
Experience in T&I planning software such as Primavera P6 is essential. (Roser also preferred).
