1. Can unity and diversity exist together?
Yes, unity and diversity can exist together. Our world is composed of diverse people, people with different race, cultures, religion, languages etc. Even though we have differences or diversities in this world, unity will exist as long as we uphold the goal which is to build a better world and to see each other as God’s creation where we love, respect and treat everyone as brothers and sisters. Thus, we can say that there is unity in diversity and that they exist together.

2. How important is staying positive and finding joy in things despite the negatives?

It is very important that we stayed positive in spite of the negativities that surround us. Just like what is happening to us right now, we face a battle, fighting against the covid 19 virus and the challenges brought by the pandemic. Most of the people nowadays have mental health issues where they have been threatened by fear, anxiety and depression. Staying positive and seeing the wonders in little things will set us free from suffering and we will enjoy a happy life. So let us challenge ourselves, to have hope, to see the brighter side of this pandemic and to entrust our life to our Creator, for that, no matter what will happen, we will stand firm and strong.

3. Share your thoughts in building meaningful relationships with other people despite the pandemic. Should this virtual setup stop us?

In this time of pandemic, we should build meaningful relationship because we need each other in loving, comforting and helping one another. The pandemic has challenged us to be socially distanced with one another but that does not mean that we should allow that physical distance to be a stumbling block in creating better relationship to other people. Thanks to social media and other virtual/online set up that do not stop us to share our care to others and help us be connected with them. Meaningful relationship with others will help us overcome to this pandemic because if we believe that if we love and hold each other, we will rise up from the challenges of times.

4. If you can give a message to your fellow STIers now regarding unity, what would it be?

If I will give a message to my fellow STIers about unity, I will say that the whole is better than some of the parts. That’s why if we all hold and stand together as one, no one will fall. Indeed, this pandemic has taught us a lesson, no matter how big the crisis we faced, as long as we have each other, whole and not parts only, we could surpass these difficulties and we could continue our life’s journey. So let us put our hope, trust and faith in God and build good relationship with one another, through that we will achieve unity and harmony among us where we could achieve victory in our dreams and goals in school and in our society as a whole.

The moment K-Pop and K-Drama fever arises in the country, Korean establishments also arose and now can be seen anywhere. There's a lot of Korean cafés, samgyupsal restaurants, K street foods, and Hidden Box is one of it. It is a great spot to taste and savor Korean dishes and beverages. As you can see in the picture, they offer a set of Korean dishes (package meal) that is good for 2-3 people. Indeed, it is a must visit place in Kalibo, it is located in the Mabini street in front of FU'S Shopping Mall.
