أعلنا عن نتائجنا المالية للأشهر التسعة الأولى من العام 2024، حيث حققنا زيادة بنسبة 82% على أساس سنوي في صافي الأرباح قبل خصم الضريبة مقارنة بالعام الماضي، مع زيادة الإيرادات بنسبة 6% على أساس سنوي لتصل إلى 491.7 مليون درهم. ويعود الفضل في هذا الأداء القوي للنمو الذي حققته قطاعات الحلول الأمنية والطباعة التجارية والتعبئة والتغليف، والتنفيذ الناجح للعقود الجديدة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وخارجها. في الربع الثالث من عام 2024، أبرمت مجموعة E7 عقوداً جديدة بقيمة 118.5 مليون درهم، مما عزز مكانتها في الأسواق الرئيسية. كما أعلنّا عن سياسة توزيع أرباح تستهدف إعادة 50% من صافي الأرباح السنوية القابلة للتوزيع إلى المساهمين مع الحفاظ على احتياطيات نقدية قوية لدعم النمو الاستراتيجي، وذلك خاضع لموافقة المساهمين.

We announced our 9M 2024 financial results, delivering an 82% year-on-year increase in net profit before tax, with revenue increasing 6% YoY to AED 491.7m. This performance was driven by growth in E7 Security, E7 Printing and E7 Packaging, and the successful ex*****on of new contracts in the UAE and abroad. In Q3 2024, E7 Group secured new contracts worth AED 118.5 million, strengthening its position across key markets. We have also announced a dividend policy targeting to return 50% of distributable annual net profit to shareholders while maintaining strong cash reserves for strategic growth, subject to shareholders’ approval.

Looking ahead, we remain committed to identifying both organic and inorganic growth opportunities to further solidify our position as an integrated services provider to a diverse customer base, while continually delivering value to our shareholders.
