“I am serving my responsibilities here as Executive Graphics.”

“It’s been almost two years working here.”

Question: What’s a precious memory working in this environment?

“A significant highlight of my time here was my role as a permanent employee & engaging in official lunches with the entire team has continually reinforced my sense of being part of this professional family.”

Question: What do you love about working at SR?

“What I love about working at SR is learning new techniques in my design. Also, SR always encourages its employees to try new and different things. I myself have seen a huge difference in my design. Last but not least is the friendly environment between me & my colleagues & discussing with them unique ideas in my designs.”

Question: What’s your position at Silent Roar? What do you do?

“My name is Eshwar Parmar, and I serve as the Senior Executive of Accounts & Royalties. My primary responsibilities involve receiving royalty reports from various platforms, reconciling these reports with corresponding bank transactions, and ensuring any discrepancies are addressed through coordination with the platforms. Additionally, I am responsible for accurately calculating royalties for artists and labels.”

Question: How long have you been working with SR?

“I have been working with Silent Roar since February 15, 2023. Over this time, I have had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, gaining valuable experience in managing royalty processes and building strong relationships within the team.”

Question: What’s a precious memory working in this environment?

“A precious memory for me at SR was receiving appreciation in the form of a salary increment, as well as the celebration of my birthday with the team. These moments made me feel valued and recognised for my efforts. The team’s support and sense of camaraderie (a feeling of close friendship and trust among coworkers) created a memorable experience that strengthened my connection to the company.”

Question: What do you love about working at SR?

“What I love most about working at SR is the supportive and collaborative environment. Everyone’s input is valued, and there’s always room for growth - both personally and professionally. The leadership team is approachable and encourages continuous learning, which keeps me motivated. SR’s positive culture fosters a sense of community, making it a great place to work every day.”

“Although I have gathered many memories here, I couldn’t thank enough for all of them. The most precious one was boating in the sea and enjoying lunch, and the environment and vibe were unmatchable.”
