This post is a reminder of how great you are as a provider to your loved ones. You are selfless and you feel your sufferings are sometimes unappreciated.

I want to share to all of you when I started freelancing, I didn’t know that this is draining although we’re no longer working on a 9-5 job which is more stressful but because our mind is fighting with all the thoughts especially on the first few months of being a freelancer.

But this is what we have to always remember to;

Instagram is by far the most influential player in the market today, and if you aren’t using it to your advantage, then you are falling behind.

Here are some Instagram growth tips that can help small business owners;

1. Optimize
Switch to business account if you run a business on Instagram. This will give a tons of analytics for your business strategy.

2. Hashtags
The Instagram algorithm is driven by data, and follower growth can be driven by using the hashtag strategy. The key here is to select a relevant hashtag that relates to the Instagram content you’re sharing.

3. Geotagging
Geotagging shows each Instagram user your business address, category of the business, hours of operation, website, and phone number.

4. Like, Comment and Respond
Don’t be afraid to act like a human when you respond with your brand account. If you want more brand engagement, then the simplest way is to engage!

5. Insta Stories
More than posts, and Instagram Story has a chance to create interest and engagement quickly. Because they are ephemeral (meaning they disappear within 24 hours), they have an urgency about them that drives engagement. People can’t help but take a look.

6. IGTV
Think of IGTV as a youtube built into Instagram. It uses video to compliment the functionality of the phone. Don’t forget to promote your IGTV on your stories.

7. Consistency
When frequent posting occurs, the audience sees that you’re committed, they get used to you being in their feed, and you become the ‘go-to’ content creator for the types of entertainment, products or services you promote.

This final tip might still be the best-kept secret of Instagram. People read their DMs. Even if they don’t respond, they still see them and remember the interaction.

HOW DID I GET ANOTHER 100 FOLLOWERS IN JUST 4DAYS? 😱

Simple. I make a goal to have 500 followers this month.

And the only thing I did was to consistently follow people within my niche. I am focused on ending my August to 500 followers but I think before this month ends I will hit my target. 🥰

You are a good person and you deserve good things.

Everyone has times when you feel a bit low or find it hard to believe in yourself.
And might actually lead to some mental health such as anxiety or depression.

There are ways that we can improve our self esteem;

1. Identify and challenge your beliefs
2. Identify the positive about yoursef
3. Build Positive relationship and avoid negatice ones
4. Give yourself a break
5. Become more assertive and learn to say No
6. Improve your physical health
7. Take on challenges

And this won’t happen overnight. The key is to look over the long term, rather than day-to-day and focus on the bigger picture. Celebrate small wins and eventually this will become a habit. ❤️
