Are you a recent graduate with a passion for radio broadcasting? Do you want to learn from the best in the industry and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and diverse media environment? If yes, then you might be the perfect candidate for our Graduate Trainee Program!

Hevoi FM is the leading radio station in Masvingo Province, Zimbabwe, offering quality news, entertainment, sports, and music to our loyal listeners. We are looking for talented and motivated graduates who want to join our team and grow their skills and careers in radio.

To apply for our Graduate Trainee Program, you need to meet the following requirements:

You must have a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Sales and Marketing, journalism, media studies, or any related field from a recognized institution.
You must have graduated within the last two years, with a minimum of a second-class upper division or equivalent and aged below 30.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Shona.
You must have a keen interest in radio broadcasting and a good understanding of the local and national media landscape.
You must have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
You must be a citizen of Zimbabwe and a resident of Masvingo Province, or be willing to relocate.
