Ward 3, 11 and 12 residents in Mbare picture 2) meet councillor Mangwiro ( in picture 1 listening to an elderly resident ) and Chagaresango to discuss service delivery in Mbare. The meetings are important for the Harare City Council to know where they are lacking.
Communities should have meetings with their respective councillors occasionally for the council to improve service delivery.
