Vision. 🤔

Working with this corporate client to bring these completed construction visuals to life was challenging yet very fulfilling. Through daily consultation and feedback with the construction foreman, we aided in bringing clarity and efficiency to construction crews on the ground who manage to attain a new level of accuracy to the concept they initially had in mind. 🏗️

If you're driving around in Zimbabwe, be sure to keep your eyes open for this one! Construction underway as we speak. 🌇

Be sure to reach out to us at [email protected] for consultation on any similar visual projects you may need done and lets bring that vision to fruition! 🌅

Light armored vehicles designed specifically to resist land mines were first introduced in specialized vehicles in the 1970s by the Rhodesian Army, and further developed by South African manufacturers, starting in 1974 with the Hippo armored personnel carrier (APC).

Here we have the US Military's Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected Cougar or 'MRAP' which are light tactical vehicles produced as part of the MRAP program that are designed specifically to withstand improvised explosive device (IED) attacks and ambushes.

This project was inspired by the MRAP's Zimbabwean, (previously named Rhodesia), origins, its symbolism of endurance despite the odds and allowed us to flex our modeling and texturing skills.

Look at what has been developed and accomplished within the last 200 years. It took vision, courage, and optimism for our forefathers to attempt, with no road map, and experiment to produce all of the wonders we take for granted today. Think about how you can, not why you can’t. Envision your success.

Have a great day, and dream.

There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.

But without deeper reflection one knows from daily life that one exists for other people; first of all for those upon whose smiles and well-being our own happiness is wholly dependent, and then for the many, unknown to us, to whose destinies we are bound by the ties of sympathy.

A hundred times every day I remind myself that my inner and outer life are based on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the same measure as I have received and am still receiving.

A human being is part of a whole, called by us the "Universe," a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest -a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

Only a life lived for others is worth living.

Sometimes we need our daily reminder to have faith in what we are doing and that the seemingly impossible at times really means ‘I’m possible’ with a little hard work, passion, and dedication. The rewards sometimes come in small doses like finding yourself smiling at a dad teaching his daughter how to ride a bike for the first time (so touched by this yesterday) to having the opportunity to work on a magazine photo shoot and fashion show in the same week.

I have my moments of weakness when I start to believe that what I’m doing is silly and that it may never amount to anything. As I sat back in yoga today I shut my head up and didn’t just listen, but heard very clearly the need to not get up and race towards things in life, but rather take a moment to listen to the Universe and when the time is right, take off. When I’m right mind the impossible moves out of the way and allows the positive energy back in to remind me that ‘I’m possible.’

Keep following your dreams…

So what does it actually mean when someone says to you “that’s so creative!” and more importantly, how can you become more creative in your professional work?

Professor Margaret Boden from the University of Sussex has been researching the science of creativity for more than 30 years and this is what she says about creativity:

“Creativity is a fundamental feature of human intelligence in general. It is grounded in everyday capacities such as the association of ideas, reminding, perception, analogical thinking, searching a structured problem-space, and reflecting self-criticism. It involves not only a cognitive dimension (the generation of new ideas) but also motivation and emotion, and is closely linked to cultural context and personality factors.”

In other words, being creative doesn’t necessarily mean you are artistic or musical. It means that your brain is designed in a way that helps you solve problems, think up new ideas and have insightful “eureka” moments. This is the that helps you devise an innovative business strategy, solve a problem with a client, or brainstorm new ideas with your team.

Scientific studies on creativity often focus on what is called “divergent thinking”. In other words your ability to think of multiple open ended ideas and solutions either on your own, or with your colleagues. Techniques such a brainstorming, mind mapping or even spontaneous free-flow writing facilitate you ability to think this way.

Scientists are now starting to understand what happens in your brain when you generate a new idea. It involves your frontal lobes and a particular pattern of neural activity called “alpha oscillations”. Perhaps not surprisingly, it also shares some parallels with the type of brain processing which happens when you use your imagination (the link to artistic creativity).

If we view creativity as the mental processes involved with coming up with new and valuable ideas, then to live a creative life means fulfilling the conditions required for making those processes possible. Not only enabling ourselves to think creatively, but for our creativity and imagination to thrive.

What, then, does a creative life look like?

Whether that’s risks we face in critical moments of our lives, or within the decisions we make every day—like starting a business, investing in yourself, trying to sell your work, or starting the work in the first place—or in risks we take in the work itself. Risk is an inherent part of the creative process because it means we’re facing uncertainty, the previously unknown, gaps in our knowledge.

Through exploration we can uncover new insights, new ideas, and new ways of combining what we know with what we are only just discovering.

Part of a creative life is taking risks. The most creative individuals among us develop habits of risk-taking, in the form of both small gambles or large ones. We rarely ever hear about the small gambles because they don’t seem worthy of our attention, but it’s the small gambles which help us learn how to approach the big ones.

Another part of a creative life is accepting that the risks we take may result in failure, disappointment, or other negative consequences, but looking at the opportunity to take the risk as one that is worthwhile anyway.

In the world of creative research, this acceptance is commonly referred to as openness to experience, which is a trait many believe to be the most telling of creative potential. Openness to experience means acknowledging the risk but having the confidence to approach it anyway.

A creative life is one filled not only with risk, but with the courage to face it in any form.

In the era of Internet technology, everything is easily available and we spend quality time in gathering information and watching videos.

We all have the keen knowledge of some domains and we all need intellectual power to achieve anything. Do you think it’s enough? Knowledge is not sufficient to accomplish any desires unless and until we do not perform any action in right way.

Having a dream and keep mumbling will not make a sense until we really start doing it.

Generally, we make a plan for yoga, for good fitness, for getting good marks in exams, business goals etc. We keep talking about it, surfing it daily.

But we didn't do anything yet!

Doing everything that we need to do to achieve them make a sense and gives outcomes rather than just gathering information and keep talking about plans we should start implementing it.

To get success in our dreams, we must be ready to invest time in learning skills and building new relations. Having good attitude is also a basic need while accomplishing any goal. We would require positive, disciplined and focused attitude to pursue any goal.

We need to pick a small attainable task that we get moving in the right direction. Today is ripe for action! - mrgreatmotivation
