*Kumusha Kwedu gets corporate endorsement*

Artists from rural Mazvihwa in Zvishavane are set to benefit after a Bulawayo based company signed a sponsorship deal with Kumusha Kwedu.

Hoguil Manufacturing, a company that specialises in metal works, fabrications and mine machine repairs among other things, recently got into a deal with the group, that will see the artists from Kumusha Kwedu benefit financially.

As part of the deal, the company will sponsor the Hoguil poet of the month that will be posted on Kumusha Kwedu TV.

Actors that featured in the Kumusha Kwedu drama series will also do video skits to promote the company's products while they get something in return.

Emmanuel Mhike, the brains behind Kumusha Kwedu hailed the signing of the deal as a major endorsement of artists from underprivileged backgrounds.

"This is a huge deal for the artists from Mazvihwa who have worked so hard, they deserve this," an elated Mhike said.

"They (Hoguil) have been tracking my social media platforms and were impressed by the content and following. So they engaged us to help market their brand."

Hoguil marketing Managing director Eria Mbengo said he was looking forward to the growth of their brand at the same time creating career opportunities for youths in the country

" I'm looking forward to marketing our brand to reach out to our targeted market.Kumusha kwedu will also spread the word of self reliance and entrepreneurship opportunities to youths," he said.

"We expect to create a number of job opportunities through out Zimbabwe and in Southern Africa."
