GOD IS SATISFIED WITH YOU THROUGH CHRIST JESUS.

“To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.”
— Ephesians 1:6 (KJV)

There are times we think about our relationship with God and our desire will be knowing ,“Is He satisfied, is He satisfied, is He satisfied with me? Have I done my best? Have I stood the test? Is He satisfied with me?”
Let me just say that ten out of ten times when we ask ourselves these questions we would always believe that God is not satisfied with us. When we look to ourselves, all there is to see is the inadequacy and futility of our ability and performance. In and of ourselves, we will never meet God’s standard for Him to be satisfied with us. We will always fall short!
You can imagine how condemned we feel each time we ask ourselves these questions After all, we had never been taught that God was satisfied with His Son's sacrifice at the cross, and we did not understand what the new covenant of grace was all about. Sometimes we become zealous for God, but defeated by our lack of knowledge.

On the new covenant of God’s unmerited favor. It's not about what you must perform, it's not about what you must do to and what you must achieve for God to be satisfied with you.
But the question to ask today is not if God is satisfied with you. The question that we need to ask is this: Is God satisfied with the cross of Jesus? And the answer is this: He is completely satisfied!

At the cross, our acceptance is found. There, Jesus cried out with His last breath, “It is finished!” (John 19:30) The work is complete. The full punishment for all our sins was exacted on Jesus at the cross. God will not punish the believer again, not because He has gone soft on sin, but because all our sins have already been punished in the body of Jesus. God’s holiness and His justice are now on your side!

Today, God is not assessing you based on what you have or have not done. He is assessing you based on what Jesus has done. Is God satisfied with Jesus today? Yes, of course He is! Then, to the same extent that God is satisfied with Jesus, He is satisfied with you.
God’s own Son had to be crushed at Calvary for this blessing to become a reality in your life. The gift of His unmerited favor and His righteousness is only a free gift for you today because the full payment for this gift was exacted upon Jesus’ body.

The cross made all the difference! Don’t let anyone hoodwink you into thinking that you need to pay for your own sins. Don’t let anyone deceive you with the lie that your eternal salvation in Christ is uncertain and shakable! Christ died in our place, he suffered in our place so that we can see how he loves us. We are saved by Grace alone through Christ alone.

He paid it all. Salvation is not for sell but a graceful gift of God to all humanity

I NEED A MIRACLE 6
“And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.”
— Matthew 14:29 (KJV)

If you want a miracle
1. don't be a slave to fear But be a person of faith.
2. Be able to ask what you want
3. Abide in Christ.

Miracles happen when we value being with Christ more than anything. if we stay in Christ, we create an atmosphere for miracles in our lives. did you read why Jesus multiplied bread and fish to feed 5000 people? it's not because they were hungry but it's because they stayed the whole days with Jesus until it was late. if it wasn't that, the option of sending people to their homes was going to be accepted. but Jesus reason with them, look they stayed the whole day with me and now it's late". Staying with Jesus the whole day increased chances for miracles.

when Peter chose to come to Christ, and in his coming to Christ, a miracle took him up. the more we come closer to him, miracles happen. thus why the Bible says, seek the kingdom of God first and everything shall be given unto you. as we seek be with him, miracles happen to us.

yes it sounds stupid but seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness and you will see how God addresses your life. Come to Christ, stay in him, stay with him and stay for him.

when we don't fear But stand in faith, when we abide in him and if we ask what we want in faith, miracles will take place.

I NEED A MIRACLE 5

We have situations where we need a miracle. for a miracle to happen, we must not imagine the the worst things to happen, we must not fear But have faith in Jesus Christ.

the second ingredient of a miracle is the ask what you want. Peter did not go by the bush, Jesus if it is you let me come to you. tell him what you want. I have seen that there are times I fear to ask what I want. God wants us to as.

⁷ Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
⁸ For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

³⁰ And, behold, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.
³² And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you?
³³ They say unto him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened.

one of the reasons why people pray long prayers is failure to ask what they want. they will start by worship ,then Thanksgiving, then what what. after 20 minutes in prayer then someone begins to tell God the reason why you are in prayer. I am not saying don't pray long prayers but the reason why you are coming before God must be the first thing. the blind man did not start with praise or worship. they went straight to the point telling Jesus exactly what they wanted. say it out in prayer.

God please heal me. I am in pain and I don't want this pain on me. express your heart out before God in faith and a miracle will happen.

I NEED A MIRACLE 4
Matthew 14 (KJV)
²⁶ And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. ²⁷ But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.

The first ingredient of a miracle is faith. Jesus tells his disciples, "do not fear". in the midst of strong storms, they saw Jesus coming to them but they concluded he was a Ghost and fear fell on them. a situation where when we look at our situations and imagine the worst reduces chances for miracles to Zero.

This is how the Devil wins people, he makes us have a wrong perspective about God. he overwhelm us with fear instead of expecting God, we see him as too far to help us. Thus why Jesus said to them," this me, do not fear". he corrected their perspective about God, he also cast fear out of them.

Instead of thinking of the worst case scenario,Trust and believe the lord is with you nomatter what you are going through. he is our present help. he will never leave you or forsake you. they knew Jesus was on the mountain so they were convinced the lord was not with them. thus what the enemy does, he convinces us to believe that the Lord is not with us. God is a God of perfect attendance. it does not matter he went to pray on the mountain, look he is perfectly attending to you in the storm.

Do not fear, God is with you. stop expecting the worst but stay strong and confidently in the saving power of Jesus Christ.

I NEED A MIRACLE 3
Matthew 14v22-33
Disciples are sailing on the sea. they are still far from reaching their destination because of opposing forces. Family and friends this journey of life have opposing forces. there are forces which always make it hard for you to progress in whatever you are doing. you can see it, you are feeling it, yes it pains you, sometimes you question the existence of God. evil powers seems to be more powerful and more active than God.

But Peter learns that Christ does not just perform miracles but he enables us to be part of a miracle. in the journey of your life, God graced you with the ability to be a play maker. with Christ in you, you can handle situations which are trying to handle you. with Christ in you, you can walk on situations which are trying to swallow you.

with Christ, we are more than conqueres. he is our anabler, he is our power, he is our victory, he authors victory and he sustains it until it is realized. we can do all things through Christ.

I want a miracle and with Christ in me, I will make it. Success is there, Success is happening, we are not going to surrender because Christ our enabler is on our side. you are handling the situation which wanted to handle you in Jesus name. you are walking over the the situation that wanted to overwhelm you in Jesus's name. you are a victor through Christ Jesus.
