Let's be kind. People are going through a lot out there. Not everyone knows how to handle their stress the way you do. What may be masmall small to you can be a big deal for someone. You may see someone's tears like whining, it's their release, their escape. You don't know where their pain generates from, you don't know what their trigger is.

Yourself. Tell your self you're a good person. Be kind to yourself and tell yourself that no matter how the world may perceive you, you're a gem. God created you for a purpose, Find it and focus on that. And accept what is.

I learnt something recently that motherhood is not defined only by carrying a child for nine months and enduring eleven hours of labor because, I have seen a lot of women going through this process and killing or throwing away their babies in trashcans later.
Motherhood, I've come to learn is the sacrifices we make after the conception and labor stage. A mother doesn't throw bullets in any form at her children, be it curses, verbal or emotional. A mother is supposed to be the shield that protects, embrace and maintain their children's mental, moral and emotional stability.
A mother is supposed to be present, if not physically, then give your children best memories that they can look back to. Give them values that they will pass to their own children even when you are no more.
