Early Entertainment is a multi-platform Entertainment company that is dedicated to produce, distribute and promote Film, Theater, Photography, Literature, Music and 2D Animated Productions. It was founded in 2012 by the company director Elliot Moyo to tell and promote authentic African stories and cultures that are under and misrepresented on the global entertainment stage. nt’s primary objective is to entertain, it simultaneously transcends storytelling to produce culturally respectful and socially conscious content to educate, inspire and connect the communities that it reflects in its work. Social justice and community development are also a big part of their work and that is shown in their engagement in creating content to raise awareness and encourage tolerance for overlooked minorities such as the youth, women, and the LGBTI community. Its catalogue includes the critically acclaimed theatre production Voices in My Head, the award winning and DSTV broadcast feature film: The Lost Letter and an award nominated online literature series titled Notes From My Journal. Early Entertainment is based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
