Zimbabwe take on Botswana in Monday afternoon in their first match of the Africa Netball World Cup Qualifiers in South Africa.
Zimbabwe will play Namibia on Tuesday in their second group match and then face Tanzania on Wednesday. The Gems will then wind up the group matches against hosts South Africa on Thursday.

“Hi everyone, my name is Skye and I’m a National road cyclist racing for my country, Zimbabwe. I’ve recently been selected to compete at the 2022 UCI Africa Championships held in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt from 23-28 March. I’ve been training for several months and doing a few races where I’m based in the U.K., but unfortunately the Zimbabwe cycling federation doesn’t have the financial means to support its athletes, so I won’t be able to cover the costs of flights, accommodation, and food on my own. So I’m asking for some help! My visa application is already submitted and I’m determined to do everything I can to get myself there, so I’d be so grateful for any additional contributions ❤️ Thank you!”
