let's be honest, if the enhanced constituency development funds were enough to fully fund all the constituency developmental projects things would have been different. The bottom line is the CDF alone will never fully develop a constituency.
Times have changed, our population has almost doubled. What was enough yesterday is no were close to fund a developing country constituency project demands and meet the pressing needs of our constituency which in our case range from the failing drainage system causing catastrophic floods that have threatened the welfare of our people to the vast army of the unemployed and the lack of opportunities among the youths and women. As a result, the root cause of junnkism and crime.This is one of the major reasons why some challenges have been deemed to be eternal with no action, simply because of limited resources. This should not be an excuse, because leadership at times demands moving away from the plan when things are not working. What then is the solution? The radical enterprising leadership. Partnering with local and international organizations, companies, business etc, to supliment to the enhanced constituency development funds. This strategic move will accelerate urgent developmental projects in Kanyama constituency. However, this is only attainable by leaders with the vision, the heart and the skill to seat on the table to persuade.
Ba Kanyama, I can see it. Let's hold hands.
