Fellow citizens.

This afternoon, we took time to visit the cholera centre at Heroes stadium in Lusaka.

With concerted efforts, it is gratifying to note that the cholera cases have continued reducing.

We remain grateful to all citizens adhering to health calls in combating this disease, and as government, we will be taking drastic measures to ensure that this disease is fought once and for all.

To the cooperating partners. We remain grateful.

Following our visit, we have directed that all volunteers be employed under the Ministry of Health. These frontline workers have been risking their lives, and as a government, we have seen their determination to save lives of others, hence placing them on permanent jobs across the country.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness. May we all ensure that we keep our surroundings, food, and water clean and secure.

A life lost as a result of an unsafe environment is painful, and we should not allow such including unplanned settlements.

Once more. Thank you to many cooperating partners for your continued support during these difficult times.

May God bless our country
