Research shows that The Fastest Man Alive AkA The Flash can effortlessly defeat anyone from the MCU individually, In fact he can solo the entire MCU and reset their multiverse to the beginning of time before anything existed🥱
This is because The Flash isn't an average common speedester like Quicksilver, No!! The is powered by an extra-dimensional energy outside the multiverse called " The speed force " which is a force that is responsible for every movement in the multiverse thus in simple language it means speed force is the representation of the multiverse in motion....everything that moves in the multiverse is because of speed force, the air, the sound, the light, every character, every aspect of the multiverse....all these different movements combined equal the speed force and all this speed (kinetic energy) is channeled into The Flash who have a direct connection to the speed force to get all of it's kinetic power🥱
All his abilities are based on speed, for instance he can be intangible by vibrating his molecules at superspeeds which makes him untouchable even to the blast of the mother boxes which wiped out the entire planet and he can vibrate through universe and through timelines to send messages to others etc
He can move at infinite speed far beyond the speed of light, as you can see the screenshots below which were taken from the scene before he reversed time to defeat Steppenwolf, he said he's moving at speed far beyond the speed of light and what's important is that he creates electrical energy while running at such speeds abd this electrical energy is hot enough to melt Kryptonian metal which have a melting point above (3.5 million kelvins) and even wake up a mother boxes , this electrical energy is 45 times hotter than Nidaviller's neutron star which says a lot because he basically one shots anyone in marvel with one electric bolt etc
