Looking at how relationships & mental health issues are less talked about yet killing a lot of us.
This episode aims at addressing these issues. If you feel like you're in a space where your mental health is at stake, it's best to leave and surround yourself by positivity.
Once you get into a relationship with someone it's like you exchange brains in that, the other person can instill and nature certain behaviors in you at the same time neglect the ligid characters in you.
But the question is, are you instilling what my brain recommends or can't Condon?
Which at the end of the day eventually leads to mental health effects that as a result gives birth to suicidal thoughts.
We've witnessed cases and seen our families losing their lives because of a broken relationship, a broken marriage and a lot of crucibles that life throws at us.
Leaving such a space doesn't mean that you've given up, it means you're strong enough to know your worth in people's lives.
Some people will reject you but life and God will not.
It is okay to feel hurt and down
It is okay to cry
It's normal to be hit by different hardships
But not ok to keep that pain to yourself.
Learn to open up and cry that frustration out.
You are not a lone on this race.
We are all here for each other.

2yrs ago i lost my mother on this very day 18th of January & her death came as a shock to the entire family and everybody that knew her till date.
It has really been hard since her demise but God has been faithful and this song has really kept me going. Each time I miss her i resort to the song and felt of making a short video of her using the very song. I miss u mom😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
