WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE GIVING UP, READ THIS :

1. This is a Phase.

Tough times are just a phase.
Sickness is a phase.
They don't last forever.
Life is a cycle of highs and lows.

Remember, this too shall pass.
You're in the middle of the storm now, but clear skies are ahead. Hold on.

2. You Are Stronger Than You Think.

Never underestimate your resilience.

- You've survived 100% of your bad days.
- Inside you, there is an inner strength.
- Your potential is greater than any problem.

Remember, you're stronger and more capable than you believe.

3. Small Steps Count.

Progress isn't always a leap forward.

Sometimes it's tiny, almost imperceptible steps.

Each step, no matter how small, brings you closer to your goal.

Celebrate every bit of progress. Slow and steady can still win the race. Keep moving forward.

4. Remember Your 'Why'.

Think back to the reasons why you started.

Reconnect with your motivation and your goals.

5. Failure is a Stepping Stone.

It's okay to fall but it's important to rise again.

Every setback brings learning opportunities.

Remember, every great success story involves overcoming obstacles.

Keep going. Your story is being written.

6. Practice Self-Care.

Self-care is essential, especially during tough times.

- Eat nutritious food
- Exercise regularly
- Get adequate sleep
- Connect with loved ones
- Engage in activities that bring joy.

It’s not selfish, it's survival. Your well-being matters.

7. It's Okay to Ask for Help.

Remember, you're not alone in this journey.

- Reach out to friends, family, or professionals
- Open up about your struggles
- Seek support when you need it

Strength isn't just about enduring in silence. It's also knowing when to ask for help.

To my friends and readers,

Fight for yourself. No matter how difficult it becomes, never let yourself give in.

After some time, your spark will eventually return.

You will come out happier, healthier, and wiser.

The most common way we give up OUR POWER is by thinking we don't have any.

Here's a few examples of how we can give up our power:

BLAME.
When we blame someone, it makes us a victim. When we think we are a victim, we believe we can't change anything - we give away our power.

SUBMISSION.
When we think someone knows better than us, we allow them to make all the decisions.

LACK OF CONFIDENCE.
When we doubt our abilities, instead of giving it a try - we give away our power.

Life is a balance, sometimes letting someone handle a situation instead of us is fine. There is no need to control everything either. Life should be a give and take...

What I mean is when we feel in power, we get to choose our reality, what experiences we want to have, or NOT have. We get to decide that. It's OUR choice.

When we are in power, we are not caught up in other people's agendas. We have a healthy set of boundaries and our own priorities.

Nobody will respect our boundaries if we don't. We've got the power to show others how we'd like to be treated, by kindly explaining what being loved and respected means to us.

You are a powerful being! If you ever feel lost, dig deeper within yourself and find your inner warrior, the real you, fearless, kind, limitless and outrageously unstoppable!

You can move mountains, you can reach for the stars! You are bigger than ANY problem you can ever experience. You have a voice and this voice matters. Stand up for yourself. YOU ARE the power!

"Once you decide to take your power back, all the challenges start to
lose their power."

Keep shining and keep smiling!

Let your success speak louder than your voice.
Be low-key.
Be private.
Be humble.
Be silent in your moves.
Be known for your actions.
Be focused on growth, not attention.
Be driven by progress, not applause.
Be selective with your circle.
Be at peace, not in the spotlight.
Be grounded, no matter the success.
Move quietly, achieve greatly; let your success speak louder than your voice.

If you want to be more effective in both your personal and professional life, focus on these seven habits. Start by taking responsibility for your choices and actions—don’t be a passive observer in your own life. Set clear goals that reflect your true values and make sure your daily efforts support those long-term visions.

Prioritize what truly matters and don’t let distractions take you off course. In your relationships, aim for cooperation and mutual benefit—life is not a competition but a collaboration. Always listen with empathy and seek to understand others before sharing your views. When working with others, embrace teamwork and the strengths that different perspectives bring.

Lastly, never stop improving. Constantly renew your body, mind, and spirit. The key to long-term effectiveness is to keep growing and evolving.

By incorporating these habits into your life, you will build stronger relationships, achieve meaningful goals, and lead a more balanced, purposeful life.

"The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" is a transformative guide that focuses on personal and professional effectiveness by building strong character and aligning one’s actions with timeless principles. Covey emphasizes the importance of developing personal integrity, responsibility, and relationships in achieving success. The book presents seven habits that create a foundation for continuous growth and success:

Be Proactive: Take responsibility for your life and actions, focusing on what you can control rather than reacting to external events.

Begin with the End in Mind: Define your goals and values clearly to ensure that your daily actions align with your long-term objectives.

Put First Things First: Prioritize important tasks over urgent, less significant ones. Focus on what truly matters to your goals and values.

Think Win-Win: Cultivate a mindset of mutual benefit in your relationships, aiming for solutions where everyone feels valued and successful
Seek first
