Train your mind to look at the bright spots. It is by transforming yourself that your results start to change.

Love self improvement. It is okay to have negative thoughts sometimes, but don't welcome it like you would welcome a million dollar cash. It is good to recognize that they come, so you know how to deal with it when they do.

Be that light that people in darkness need. You can do it by spreading positivity all around you ; But first, learn to w**d out the negative in your life first
