HIGHLIGHTS FROM TODAY'S BRIEFING_ :*

This morning, we attended the Press briefing held by the Opposition Political Parties, calling themselves, " People 's movement."

The main subject was, " THE SHRINKING DEMOCRACY IN ZAMBIA."

It was the worst Briefing we have attended in the last 5 years as we didn't see the need for big men meeting for an issue without substance. However, we took note of Mr. Edgar Lungu 's Words . We feel there is need to look at them and give appropriate feedback ( Party and Government to take note).

HIS WORDS:

1 . There is a total shrinking in the democratic space.

2 . The UPND New Dawn Administration is a One Man dictator ( HH), others have no say, including all Institutions of Governance.

3 . HH came to fix Lungu and not Debt Restructuring.

4 . HH came to fix the fight against Cholera as PF had a plan to fix cholera by 2025.

5 . UPND New Dawn Administration removed all professionals in the fight against cholera and put their own who have failed.

6 . PF is in ruins.

7 . PF was far much better than UPND.

8. Mr. Edgar Lungu was far much better than President Hichilema in that Office.

9 . Lets introspect why people fail to deliver when they enter State House.

10 . Opposition Political Parties are intending to come together and support one Candidate in 2026. However, Socialist Party, Leadership Movement and that of Mr. Kabimba were not in attendance.

11 . If People impose him as 2026 Candidate, Mr. Lungu will have no say , but to stand in 2026.

12 . THE PEOPLE WHO HELPED UPND WITH WINNING ARE THE ONES GOING TO MR. LUNGU AND THE OPPOSITION DEMANDING FOR THE REMOVAL OF HH AND THE UPND.

Implementors team Challenge on the Opposition:

The Implementors team through its Director challenged the Opposition to justify their Cry when they were free to attend State Functions, Visit Government Offices and free to campaign.

The above question put them to the corner as 3 Leaders laboured to justify their stance, but to no avail in accordance with our standing.

It's our hope that the Party ( UPND) and the Government will look at the above cry accordingly.

Good morning fellow Citizens ,

Yesternight, we visited Heroes Stadium_ , a Treatment Centre for Cholera. We took over 4 hours going round and checking the status of each ward courtesy of the Operations Manager, Mr. Morgun Muunda.

Cholera is real and serious. We wish to salute the services of the hard working Minister, Hon. Masebo and the Ministry Staff , Mr. Muunda , Lusaka Province Youth Leadership, Mandevu Constituency Leadership we found and all Volunteers working at the Centre. Indeed, it's not easy, but we shall conquer.

Above all, we salute _President Hichilema_ who visited the Centre yesterday , showed love and encouragement to the patients and workers. His words of motivating the Volunteers to be recruited by Government has boosted the morale to work.

As Implementors team, we have joined Front liners in this fight and we are grateful we were able to visit and analyse the situation at the Treatment Centre.

We wish God 's physical healing upon every patient, Workers and the rest of us.

CHRISTIANS HAPPY WITH HH.
.. His Humbleness and Call for Unity of Purpose have amazed the Body of Christ.

The Period between 2015 and 2021 was very pathetic to the Body of Christ as the former Head of State ( Mr. Lungu) wanted to be treated as a ' god.' This was blasphemy in the eyes of God! How could a President have a group called " Christians for Lungu?" Why didn't he stop such a group? It's clear that he was the one championing it hence we don't blame any other, but himself.When the real humble and Elder in the Body of Christ ( HH) took over , he didn't seek self praise, but lifted the name of God thus we nolonger have the Christians for an individual, but for Our Father in Heaven.

We agree with what the Bible says, " People rejoyce when the righteous rule." Indeed, the Body of Christ is happy with the approach of President to Religious Affairs. Why are Christians happy with him?

OUR VIEW:

1. President is a from a traceable Christian background, an Elder of the Church as well as an Invested Master Guide. He understands very well how Churches ought to unite as the Body of Christ is ONE.

2. Unlike his predecessor who wanted to be worshipped, President Hichilema understands that the Bible which teaches that Glory belongs to God only hence he has not tolerated any grouping to call itself, " Christians for HH."

3. His articulation and stance on Homosexuality that Zambia shall not tolerate such has impressed Christians.

4. His interaction with different denominations in their Congregations, at State House and on other occasions has impressed Christians.

5. He has not shown any grudge against Zambians and even against some Christians who decampaigned him and the UPND.

At yesterday' Commemoration of Zambia as a Christian Nation ( turning 32), the Unity in the Body of Christ was impressive, different denominations celebrated freely with the Head of State without any thugs armed with pangas surrounding Mulungushi Conference Centre as it were in the previous regime! Indeed, it was a joyous occasion that made Christians and the Country at large happy.

WAY FORWARD:

1. We encourage President Hichilema to continue leading the Country in line with God 's principles of Peace, Love, Forgiveness and Unity.

2. We encourage President Hichilema to visit a good number of Pentecostal Churches too. He has done well with the rest, but we feel he needs to do more on this aspect.

3. We applaud the Organisers of Yesterday 's Event and we urge them to organise more of such interactions among Denominations.

4. We applaud the Body of Christ ( Denominations) for the work and support to President Hichilema. This should Continue if we were to witness more happy days ahead of us.

5. We applaud the UPND Religious Affairs Department for its hard work and Organisation.
This should continue even as we unite the Nation.

6. We appeal to the Churches to denounce tribalism spread by the PF and its surrogates as it is a big cancer dividing us.

7. We appeal to President Hichilema to strengthen the Religious Affairs Department, possibly falling under the Vice President 's Office so that it handles matters of Guidance, among others of national interest without any major challenges.

Christians are proud of President Hichilema as he has upheld the real Christian Standards that a Nation ought to promote. We urge ALL well meaning Zambians to support the Leadership of President Hichilema even as he leads us to Canaan ( Unity, Love, Peace and Prosperity).

We wish God 's abundant blessings upon President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA!!!

SIMUUWE TIPS IMPLEMENTORS TEAM.

In this morning analysis, we are hereby discussing the conversation that the UPND Consultant, Mr. MARK SIMUUWE had with the Implementors team DIRECTOR. We take advantage of this conversation to discuss the relationship between Media Personnel within the Ruling Party even as we champion the agenda of working for the common goal ( supporting the Party and Government).

As President Hichilema was addressing the Nation at Mulungushi Conference Centre, the UPND Consultant and the Implementors team Director took time to exchange notes on how the Implementors team could add more impact in the publicity of the Party and Government works.

SIMUUWE 'S WORDS:

" So far so good, you are in the right track as Implementors team. However, I would urge you to diversify and bring out more developmental projects happening around the Country, there are so many developments in each Ministry, Provinces, Districts, Constituencies and Wards."

We have taken 10 hours to digest and analyse the words of Mr. Simuuwe in order to come up with with Our View and Way forward.

OUR VIEW:

A). We appreciate the interaction with the UPND Consultant whom we value based on his vast experiences on matters of governance. This is how it should be, people in Media should be able to exchange notes, encourage and tip one another on areas of improvement.

B). We acknowledge the Words of Mr. Simuuwe that Implementors team has been on the right track despite few Challenges.

C). We agree with Mr. Simuuwe that we need to diversify and bring out more developmental projects happening around the Country.
We introduced a Segment called, " DEVELOPMENTAL SEGMENT." Under this Segment, we publish news of development from Ministries, Departments, Provinces, Districts, Constituencies and Wards. However, this is not yet popular as the Analysis Segment.

WAY FORWARD:

1. As Implementors team, we are receptive to Advice thus we have opened our doors to many people that we interact with on daily basis. Hence in agreement with the advice from the UPND Consultant, WE ARE READY TO EXPAND OUR DEVELOPMENT SEGMENT AND WE HOPE THAT IN 2024, WE SHALL HAVE BALANCED SEGMENTS ( ANALYSIS/ NEWS - DEVELOPMENTAL).

2. We call upon other Media Personnel, Party and Government Officials plus the general membership of the Party and Country at large to feel free to interact with us as we have an open door policy.

3. THE IMPLEMENTORS TEAM IS CAPABLE OF BRINGING OUT DEVELOPMENTAL NEWS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. HOWEVER, IT'S LIMITED TO MOBILITY AND OTHER NECESSARY LOGISTICS. THIS IS THE REASON WE HAVE BEEN APPEALING TO WELL WISHERS TO COME ON BOARD AND DONATE TO OUR FUNDRAISING VENTURE. IT'S SAD MOST PARTY AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS HAVE NOT RESPONDED YET THEY WANT SERVICE FROM US!!!

We promise to remain focused even as we enter 2024. We humbly appeal to the UPND family to join hands in supporting us so that we could reach the required level of covering the Party and Government Works.

Charged with the responsibility of being Party and Government Watchdogs by going round the Province and report without fear or favour.

Yesterday, 12th December was a busy day for the Implementors team Director and the Entourage. The Day closed with the Official Launch by the Director who charged the Eastern Province team with a high responsibility of collecting Data and reporting matters concerning the Party and Government without fear or favour.

The Launched team is in high spirit and we expect progress in the Province.

Earlier this morning, UPND Strongman, Mr. Evans Matyola promised Implementors team that he would come with the Donor to add to the on going donations.

NKANDU AND THE MINISTRY SCORE AGAIN.
.. As State of the Youth Report set for Launch tomorrow .

The first ever STATE OF THE YOUTH REPORT DOCUMENT by the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts is set for Launch tomorrow, 5th December , 2023 at Mulungushi International Conference Centre ( KK Wing). This is the Document which has been produced after engagements with the Youth Countrywide on how Government could serve them better.

In an address to the Media this morning, here is what Hon. Elvis Nkandu, MP indicated on the advantages of the Document to be launched:

1 ). The Document will give information on the Status of Youth Employment and Empowerments.

2 . The Report will help Government on the Achievements and Challenges faced with the Youth who are the majority in the Country.

3 . Views from the Youth will help Government on how to serve them better.

More details will be communicated after tomorrow's Launch.

On 16th November, 2023, we issued a humble request for the well wishers to come on board and help our team ( Implementors' ) with necessities such as:
