Kasi Talent Solution is a Talent and Event Management organization focused on Discovering and Exposing unrealized talent that can be found in the youth from disadvantaged townships. The company believes there is a vast amount of talented youth in the disadvantaged townships that can be utilized to uplift the standard of living but there is a lack of resources and platform to develop and expose tho

se talents. That is where the focus of KTS (Kasi Talent Solution) is, to identify various talents, motivate and inspire talent development and as well create a platform to expose these talents. To achieve the organization will engage on Talent Discovering and Talent Development Strategies that are aimed at inspiring talent utilization to improve the standard of living in disadvantaged townships. The organization will also host various events that are used as a platform to expose and make the discovered talents known.
