After a brief interlude during which the company’s partners took time out to pursue interesting opportunities outside of the company, Slice Worx Productions is back in action with renewed vigour and an appetite for crafting innovative and groundbreaking television.

Slice Worx Productions is first and foremost a television production company combining the skill, talent and experience of three of South Africa’s prominent industry personalities: Warren Bleksley: Television Director, Josh Feldman: Creative Producer/Director and Peter Robertson: Video Editor. The powerhouse television trio have throughout their careers, consistently delivered an impressive bouquet of material ranging from short form to long form in-studio and exterior multi and single-cam, branded content, corporates and commercials.
“Slice Worx was originally designed as a stand-alone post production facility linked to our previous production company, Ignition Media but the time has come to consolidate and evolve. The industry is slowly but surely on the up and we as a team are excited about possibilities throughout the African Continent.” - Warren Bleksley. During their two-year stint away from the Slice Worx forge, the partners were busy with a variety of interesting projects:
In 2009 through 2010, Josh Feldman worked as the supervising series director on the smash hit celebrity series of “Survivor South Africa: Santa Carolina” for Endemol. Directly after that he moved to the UAE where he was employed by the “Baynounah Media Group”, an Abu Dhabi based Middle-East broadcaster. Josh developed a variety of programming ranging from game and reality shows to children’s general entertainment, factual, travel and documentary series. Warren Bleksley has consistently delivered the goods as one of South Africa’s premiere technical and series directors. During his time away from the company he directed the live eviction shows on M-Net’s Big Brother franchise and series directed the last Survivor South Africa hit show filmed on location in the Maldives. Working on the Survivor South Africa brand was also too good an opportunity to be missed by Peter Robertson. He spent much of his time the past two years editing the games and Tribal Council segments of the show. Peter continues to edit Super Cycling for Supersport, various other sport-related programming and promos as well as much of the “behind-the-scenes/making of” movie-filler material for the M-Net channels.
“Editing multiple Survivor series was an experience never to be forgotten but I can’t tell you how much I’ve missed working with the full Slice Worx team. It’s an indefinable quality but there is a synergy between the three of us that in my opinion and experience is a pretty rare thing.” – Peter Robertson.
