LIVEOUTLOUD was there to witness the opening of the Magnum Joburg store at The Zone in Rosebank on 1 November, and since then, over 7000 Magnum fans have visited the store to customise their favourite ice cream at the experience. As a result of the overwhelming popularity of the store, opening house have been extended to 10:00-20:00, seven days a week – for the next seven weeks. Celebrating their 25th birthday, Magnum is one of those treats we just can’t live without!

Magnum has launched an exciting pop up store at The Zone @ Rosebank in Johannesburg where you can create your very own decadent Magnum!

MTN Welcomes Porsche Design to SA Video

LIVEOUTLOUD Events hosted the first Porsche Design event in South Africa for the exclusive MTN Prestige Club on 15 March 2012 at Fire & Ice in Melrose Arch. The Porsche Design range includes mobile phones, luggage, clothing, watches, eyewear, electronics and fragrances. Their design mantra is to create items that are functional, timeless and puristic. The theme for the evening was ‘all white with a touch of yellow’ to highlight the MTN flair. Guests were welcomed by the sounds of Carol Thorns and enjoyed divine signature Fire & Ice milkshakes and martinis on arrival. MC Dr Michael Mol entertained guests and introduced the Porsche Design fashion show, which showcased the latest Porsche Design fashion trends and the brand’s award-winning unlined leather jacket.In keeping with the theme, white canapés were served and enjoyed throughout the evening. A lucky MTN Prestige client’s name was pulled in a draw which won her the P’ 9981 Porsche Design BlackBerry Smartphone to the value of R18 000.00. The MTN Prestige guests were the first to witness this brand in South Africa, with the official Porsche Design launch only due to take place the following week. Guests mingled until late, and the event was praised and enjoyed by all who attended.
