#TBT to a time when triathlon in South Africa had its development structures in place #energade5fm series - develop them young develop them fast - short distance was king. Too much effort goes into the long course now days. Check the numbers at events these days , youth and juniors numbers are dropping. Each of these races back then, up to 2000 athletes over the sprint distance. The glory days 👌

Going to be a good contest. @dvh_cycles won it last year. The @wild_dogs_durban with @haigjohngibb were a close 2nd. We hear @angusmcfarlane2121 and his BIO crew want to bring the heat but @teamtrilab will destroy them.
