The boyfriend has reported her missing. The lovers were visiting a tavern in Mxi Street in Thabong. An argument erupted between them which led her boyfriend to go home.
After an hour, his girlfriend never arrived home and he went back to the tavern. She was nowhere to be found and he went back home to sleep.
The following day, he called Refiloe, the sister of 24-year-old Dikeledi Mandries, to ask about her whereabouts and response was she has not arrived at her home in Winburg. He went to Bongani hospital and she was not there.
A Missing Person File was registered for further investigation. Anyone with information leading to the tracing of Dikeledi Anna Mandries, Detective Warrant Officer Gerrie Nel of Thabong Serious and Violent Crimes can be contacted at cellphone number 082 806 8432 or Crime Stop number 08600 10111.

This event saw 288 students graduating. From these

Dr Rooi and Dr SL Machai and his phenomenal team of selfless clinicians at the Orthopedic Department of Bongani Regional Hospital did 10 surgeries of the intended 11 surgeries yesterday. 1 surgery was cancelled due to time. SA Timber Hardware along Long Road in Welkom is preparing to shutdown. A visit to the Hardware showed that there is little stock and customers are being directed to use the other SA Timber branch located in the Industrial area.

The Free State MEC for Health, Ms. Mathabo Leeto was yesterday at Bongani Regional District to observe the World Autism Month and the unveiling of the plaque of remembrance of Clinical and Non-Clinical staff members who passed on during Covid19 at Bongani Hospital.
This MECs Outreach also saw her observing the Autism Awareness Day at Bongani Regional Hospital in Welkom. This was a public awareness event to inform and educate the public about Autism.
This is a condition which makes children to be hyper active and need a special care.
Children born with Autism need to access services such as Speech Therapy, Occupational and Physiotherapy, Psychology and Social Work Services.
They are taught to differentiate things they use on daily basis such as colours, texture, shapes etc. They are also equipped with vocational skills for future development. SOURCE: Free State Department of Health

Do you remember this Mr Video shop that was along Long Road in Welkom CBD? A few years back Welkomites could go and hire DVDs at Mr Video and you would have to return it in time otherwise you would get a fine. Things like online streaming, Netflix and showmax are now the in thing these days.
