Our on-site team can cover all aspects of AV production including filming with broadcast quality digital cameras, either as a single or multi-camera shoot. We also regularly work with other AV production companies to provide webcasting services on their behalf.

As well as the ability to live stream video alongside synchronised Keynote Presentation / PowerPoint slides, we can suggest interactive features to enable your online audience to participate in the event.

Avoid Memory Card Problems by following these easy tips

1.Don’t fill a card completely - Pay attention to the memory card’s capacity. When shooting, the image counter on the internal screen will count down how many more images you can store on your memory card. Don’t go past that number. Trying to shoot more images than your card can store may corrupt or erase some of the images you previously captured as the card looks for more room to save new shots.

2.Format the card regularly - Make a point to reformat the memory card each time after copying photos and other files to computer. Note: Do the formatting from the option available in the camera itself and not from computer.Make sure you have backed up your images before doing so.

3.Replace your battery before its completely empty - Always keep the camera battery sufficiently charged before taking photos so that it will not shut down in the middle of saving the data. Shutting down of camera while taking photos may corrupt the card. If required, keep another fully charged battery as a spare. Also wait a few seconds before switching off the camera after taking photos until the memory card light stops blinking.

4.Use a good quality card reader - If you want to protect your precious digital files and accelerate your workflow with faster image transfer speeds make the investment in a quality memory card reader. A high-performance card reader can help you get images off the card and onto your computer, saving your valuable time for more important things like editing and sharing.Note Don't pull out the memory card from the card reader, when the card reader is still reading files from the card.

5.Always backup your images - Make multiple copies of everything on a regular basis. All storage devices including camera cards have a lifespan.

6.Only remove the card when its safe to do so - Don’t pull out a memory card from your camera or card reader when data is being written or read from the card. If data is being transferred to or from the card and that process is interrupted, it is quite possible that you will lose some or all of your photos. Always wait a few seconds before removing the card.Remove the card only after you turn off your camera

7.Use good quality name brand memory cards - Invest in a good quality memory card, after all the most import part of photographing is the images. Use multi pal cards if possible and always keep them save, a good way to do so is to invest into a memory card holder, this helps by keeping them organised and save.
