Tonight on our Family WhatsApp group meeting at 8pm let us decide on details.

1. Destination: Polokwane
2.Transport arrangements, and the number of people.
Book early to avoid peak season charges.
3. Dates: Christmas day only. Theme.
4. Budget: let us set Set a realistic budget. How much to contribute towards food and soft drinks for the day.
5. Plan special activities (e.g, decorating, cooking music and photos). Maybe some of you can prepare salads and bring them with.

Tips and Reminders.

1. Consider travel early and avoid speeding.
