We are super excited to announce that heavyweight will be releasing a single with us on the 1st of November.

Based in Cape Town, Mark Valsecchi is a seasoned electronic music producer whose work has featured on prominent labels such as Alpaka Muzik, Digital Structures, and Soupherb Records - often landing in the Beatport top 100 chart. He’s also collaborated with international talents like Maksim Dark and Monococ.

With 25 years of experience, his sonic journey began with Drum and Bass and evolved into diverse live performances. Founder of Mixroom Studios and the new record label Imprint, Mark specializes in mixing and mastering dance music, blending elements of Dark Groove, Minimal Techno, Progressive, and PsyTech.

After many months of conceptualisation, experimentation and back-and-forth we are proud to announce that ULTZ will begin rolling out original releases this Friday as the techno counterpart to .za 🥁

Our first artist is 💥 Currently the managing resident of .za Matt has shown great support for both labels as well as the local house and techno scene.
