I have noticed stages the body goes through when fighting with disease or illness mainly, there is a stage of pain or attack, this is most uncomfortable stage at this stage your body or external intervention will make a difference between surviving this stage or worsening. If you do survive it or an external intervention is able to stabilize you, then you move to the calm stage, at this stage the body is still fighting hard and hopefully an external influence is somehow boosting you positively, then there is the victory stage or final stage of recovery at this point even the external influence may be removed as the body has fully stabilized.if none is present you may even take a nap or a walk or Lough as your body appreciates the victory. This from my own experience.

I have been using these wrong my entire life. All along I though they are ear buds now I am totally confused. Turns out they are not good for you ears at all. The companies that make them tiptoe around their usage for cleaning ears particularly the ear canal that's a no no area. So if they not ear buds what are they for?
They shouldn't be used inside the ear canal because they could damage your ear by trauma , or causing wax compaction. plus the ear wax is actually there for a reason, keeps dust put, cleanses the ear etc.
