I took a walk on the beach this morning, because of all the things I hadn’t given myself enough of in 2023, nature was one of them. You cannot change what you do not know. I learnt this many years ago and live by it everyday. Running away from something doesn't make it disappear. It may however distance you for a short while, but unless you kill that thing you are running from, rip it from its source of life and make sure it dies, then that thing will always be there, no matter how much we pretend it is not....
