Since 2006 our motto is to bring out the best in each person, teaching each one what their strengths are, how to recognize and deal with their weaknesses, and to use it to the best of their ability. Students do not just learn the tools to be a great model but most of all they learn to become confident, well adjusted young people. We proved that we are much more than just another model academy. The EMM Confidence Bootcamp was an event not to be missed!

We took in a small group of young ladies, and equipped them with important confidence building tools to use daily to help them grow in knowledge of their value.

Not only did they receive valuable tools and life lessons, but they made new friends, learnt how to connect, and be social.

In these 2 days (6 hours) we saw the value of these lessons imparted into these young women's lives. Walking in here, not being able to look each other in the eyes, or greet one another... To walking out here smiling, hugging, and looking like they can conquer the world!

This is what the heart of EMM is all about!

This was a journey of self-discovery and self-love. Our personality test, helped these young ladies to better understand themselves and gave them positive key words to describe themselves and their unique personality traits. We worked on poise, posture, eye contact, greeting others, and how to make conversation with someone.

They each received a special file where they added all their tasks from the 2 days to keep with them, and help them stay consistent in their confidence building journey.

For the girls, this was also a journey of building trust, having deep conversations and learning to lean on their community when needed. It was an adventure into positive affirmations, self talk and learning to value themselves.

These young ladies went from being girls, to being warriors! We cannot wait to see how they continue to grow in their daily lives by applying the tools from this bootcamp.

Extreme Model Management

Extreme Model Managements was established in Durban KZN, in 2006 by the founder Adelle Botes. After seeing a lack of training and professionalism, She decided to start a small academy – going back to basics. The Academy quickly grew to 5 different branches in Durban greater area and on the South Coast. The core of EMM is training. Not one model gets signed by our agency without first being trained and groomed in the Model Academy.

EMM has an excellent track record for the best customer satisfaction. We do not compromise on the quality and the services provided to a client.

EMM strives to meet every client’s requirements. We believe in open communication and meeting with clients to find out exactly what is required. We are continuously adding new and fresh faces to our agency, thus if we know exactly what is needed we scout and find the faces which meet our various clients need.

It’s no secret, the fashion marketplace is increasingly familiar. The same talent used repeatedly. The same faces endorsing different products. No new opportunities to carve out an identity or uniqueness for the clients brand.
