IN GOOD COMPANY is an inclusive community where women & men collaborate to create a Gender Diverse & Equal economy. Founded by Jabulile Gwala for WOMEN EMPOWERMENT. It’s a platform for sharing ideas, skills & knowledge in order to create the AFRICA OF TOMORROW.

Born and raised in the East of Johannesburg, Jabulile Gwala has grown in her career through the support, coaching and mentorship of different powerhouses in corporate & business that is why she is passionate about paying it forward. She has always been In Good Company with authentic & transformational leaders that are focused on developing and grooming future leaders. This is why she created the In Good Company platform, to create a network that can be accessed by all women and youth of South Africa.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma for Business Management from Henley Business School and is currently registered for her Master’s in Business Administration Degree with them. The platform has grown in heaps and bounds over the years, it was started as a corporate solution for Gender Diversity & Inclusivity in the male dominated workspace but after leaving corporate & starting her own business, she realized that there was a need for the platform to include women in business as well.
