The Taj Mahal is a special place. A symbol of love! It’s a place where I can spend hours and hours and just not get over the sheer beauty and magnificence of it. The Taj is beautiful.. but so are the people that live around it.. Picture 10 is my favorite. This little one couldn’t stop smiling or laughing.

India is in my top 3 favorite countries out of the 43 I have been too. I will be back for more! 🇮🇳❤️

A lot can happen on a 15 hour game drive.. that’s all I’m saying 😂 … here’s what I managed to capture that one time I spent FIFTEEN HOURS on a game drive in Bandhavgarh National Park.

Which is your favorite?? I love photographing people.. their smiles, their laughs, their story… but a tiger in the wild, let alone having a goof in the water?? Now that’s off the charts 🐅

Part 1 - Country number 42 - Pakistan 🇵🇰❤️ (I have had to shorten this caption. Full caption will be in my story)

Arrived feeling nervous as I had everyone telling me this is such a dangerous country, I need to hide my jewish necklace חי(chai) and cover my Israeli flag on my backpack. I then saw there was just a bomb in Pakistan and I thought.. s**t, maybe I shouldn’t go there. Imagine telling a Jewish mother that her boykie (Afrikaans for little boy) is going on a solo travel trip to Pakistan and there’s just been news of a bomb on CNN… yep, you can imagine how that went down.. “but boy.. is it necessary, do you really have to go to Pakistan?” I replied, “of course it’s necessary mom”.

I reassured my mother by telling her Johannesburg is even more dangerous.. she then said, “okay boy, just please be safe and turn your live location on”

Pakistan was a place I initially feared due to its reputation for danger. But my experience there was quite the opposite. From the kindness of strangers like Sikander who showed me Lahore, to Haris who helped me plan my entire trip in the mountains .ali.shah ..and even the 15-hour car ride with 4 strangers, I discovered that Pakistanis are just like people everywhere else. Their hospitality, respect, and meaningful conversations made me grow as a person. My solo travel experience in Pakistan taught me that stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing the unknown can lead to the most profound personal growth.

“Be open to experience, be willing to try new things, don't have a rigid plan, accept random acts of hospitality without judgment or fear, don't be afraid to wander, don't be afraid to eat a bad meal, if you don't risk the bad meal you never get the magical one.” - Anthony Burdouine

I only hope that this quote and my solo adventures and stories through Pakistan inspire you to embark on your own journey of self-discovery and exploration.

Swipe left! Oh what a summer it has been.. but my time here is done and I’m off to Pakistan 🇵🇰. In 6 days I’ll be landing in Lahore, Pakistan and I have not planned one thing! The joy of skiing 🎿 is not just about the physical activity of gliding down a snowy mountain, but it's also about the sense of freedom, exhilaration, and pure bliss that it brings. When you buy a ski pass, you're not just purchasing access to a ski resort, but you're investing in your own happiness and well-being.. well .. when you go to La Folie Douce, I don’t know how good that is for your well being when you’ve been buffaloed 3 times and you’re 3 bottles of champagne down🦬🍾😂 … all I can say is, good luck getting down that mountain

There is something special about hitting the slopes with yours mates.. you push each other sometimes literally but most times mentally to new heights. The adventure, the challenges, the tumbles, the Apre ski, the discovery of new runs whether it be conquering a black diamond run or taking a leap of faith on a ski jump, bailing in a tunnel causing absolute havoc, the rush of adrenaline you feel is a second to none. Super grateful for my crew that honestly made this trip one to remember.

We stayed at for a week and the vibe there was also just on another level. The luxury of staying in a ski in ski out resort makes your trip 10 x better, and then taking it to 100 x better is that it’s all inclusive. You literally can’t go wrong with staying there. Another epic thing about staying there is that they have free lessons.. so if you’re a first timer in skiing or snowboarding, this is your golden ticket 🎟️

We were blessed with so much fresh powder and it was the end of March so don’t listen to people when they say spring skiing sucks. I heard some people say it’s been their best ski days in the season so we were super lucky and I’m very grateful for that! We explored over 100km in the 3 valleys - Val Thorens, Méribel & Courchevel 🇫🇷.

So, don't just buy a ski pass, invest in your own happiness and go send it with a group of your mates on one of the craziest adventures you’ll ever go on.. Because as the saying goes, “we’re not here for a long time, we’re here for a good time”

Hello December… What a year it’s been. I say it every year.. but how can it get better from here? How can 2023 top 2022?? Keep on pushing to be the best you can be. Keep on spreading that positivity, kindness and happiness wherever you go!

Life is meant to be lived.
You have to chase the things that ignite you. You have to do the things that bring you joy. You have to surround yourself with the people who bring you back home to yourself. I keep saying it, but what a treat it was to travel around with a group of people.. let alone content creators! They had never visited Israel before and seeing it through their eyes and lens was so amazing. I went to places I had never been before and it was such a cool experience. I thought I had done anything and everything there is to do.. and then wammm. I’m stuck in a salt cave crawling through crevices 😂 won’t be doing that again, but insane experience nonetheless.. and the fact that we experienced it together bonds you on another level. I have an insane Ausi crew now and I can’t wait to come and visit all of you. To all my other Australian friends .. relax, I’m coming to see you too 😂

I wanted to make a post to commemorate all the lights that went out during the Holocaust. 9th of November 1938, Kristallnacht, or the Night of Broken Glass, was the Nazi-instigated destruction of Jewish businesses, homes, and synagogues throughout parts of Germany and other parts of Europe. We remember those lights forever and we say never again 🕯️

Went on a 15 hour game drive today in 40 degree heat in #india. We traveled to 3 different parks in Bandhavgarh.. a distance of over 175km. We saw 6 different tigers and the extremely rare Indian wild dog. Lots of laughs and cries along the way. Very excited to edit this content! Look out for it on my page very soon. Call me the wedding crasher 🇮🇳 … Two weddings in 4 days .. one in Pakistan and one in india. Both so welcoming. Both so crazy. But wow, I’m actually speechless.. or drunk still.. The most epic experience with @veldandsea 🌊 On Saturday, we celebrated @piersgreatperhaps birthday! I went and borrowed a whole bunch of free diving gear and off I went to meet at Millers Point in Simons Town, just 1 hour from Cape Town. Met such cool humans over there.. most of which I actually knew from instagram .. classic how we all know each other from this app! I must have swallowed half the ocean at some point and was engulfed in Kelp for a good amount of time 😂.. there were a couple screams here or there when I thought I was being attacked but it was just @craigrodney pulling my leg. Didn’t think I would actually eat any of this as I’m actually not the biggest seafood person but let me tell you… I chowed everything! Even a sea urchin.. that was a bit suspect though .. won’t be having that one again. Thanks to the chefs at @tenyuugrand who helped curate the menu as well as the team at @veldandsea .. for teaching us about the ocean and sustainability when it comes to foraging and more importantly creating such an epic vibe!
