Our friends at the Wild Bike Foundation have been short-listed to receive the European Outdoor Conservation Association’s yearly grant for globally significant projects, and are now part of a public vote to select a final recipient.
Without spending a cent, you could vote and help raise funds for their proposed project.
The project will:
1. Deploy 2 new bikes into anti-poaching operations.
2. Support the operation of 2 existing bikes doing vital habitat management work.
3. Employ and train 2 community members to become bicycle safari guides.
4. Launch a MTB safari tourism product, run by our community guides, to help create sustainable long-term funding for these projects.
The voting process is a simple one, where you visit https://www.eocaconservation.org/our.../project-voting/ to follow the steps to register and vote in the “Wild Places” category.

Friends, Family and Facebook peeps. Great news, you can win an E-Bike in a raffle we have running.
As some may know, we started the Wild Bike Foundation (www.wildbike.org) about 2 years ago. Wild Bike raises funds to donate e-bikes to conservation projects to help accelerate their work in the field, especially for anti-poaching, biodiversity management and endangered species monitoring. Not only do the bikes save ranger's time but they save the reserves money on fuel and maintenance costs.

We are super excited to let you know that HIGHLAND 100 entries are officially OPEN!!!!

In 2019 people flocked to our main event, and this year it will be held on Saturday 24th September - 100 & 50km MTB, 10 & 5km trail run - start and finish at the Clarens town Square. Saturday Night Music festival included in entry fee.

In 2020 we had to "change things" up with covid restrictions, and so started our smaller more premium equally loved ride, The Highland Outride... limited entries, 2 days of sublime riding, meals, cheese and wine, champagne breakfasts and much more....
