Breathing is an activity most of us don't think about, but there are many ways to breathe and we breathe differently in different situations. Breathing a certain way can assist us in how we relate to a situation, and therefore impact our wellness.

There is no shame in becoming a street vendor in order to raise capital for your Dreams.
I asked a lady who sells cold drinks, chips and peanuts on the side of the road how much she makes and she told me the lowest she makes a day is R300, she doesn't make less.
That is R300 a day which amounts to R2100 a week and R8400 a month.
This is how much money street vendors make.
This is more than what people at the bank make yet people at the bank will look down on street vendors.
Our mentality towards entrepreneurship and money needs a serious shift.
The people selling vetkoeks and Kota's from caravans make more than the street vendors.
Basically the people who sell ikota are making more money than the people with degrees and diplomas.
Yet the people with degrees and diplomas will never sell ikota or start at the bottom.
Ideologically we can argue about why we have problems but realistically there is no excuse for a human being with a fully functioning brain to be unemployed and broke for two years.
It is either you want to make money or you don't, everything else is an excuse.
If you sell snacks and muffins you can make a profit of R300 a day as well and if you work 7 days a week you'll make R8400 a month.
Per annum that is more than R80 000 profit working from home.
I think this is good start up capital.
The majority of these big businesses started out as stokvels and small hustles.
Hence it is hard to believe when successful entrepreneurs tell us their start up stories.
Therefore do not be afraid to start on the side of the streets, from a caravan or from home and do not be afraid to do deliveries using your bicycle, most of all never be ashamed of your hustle.
Remember think big but do not be afraid to start small. Billionaire Dreams

"We should all have a digital diet"

Another new notification beeps , a new message from your favorite app just pops up on your screen. We wake up on either side of the bed with a device in hand, almost as if we are in a hospital bed and our cellphone is our medical drip.

Strange times we live in where screens light up our day from dusk to dawn and real human connection is deteriorating by the hour due to the "new age" of posting and viewing statuses. I pity us humans especially the youth because our social skills are under huge deprivation because if you are not online or posting obsessively you aren't in the "cool club". A sad epiphany came to my attention the other day that we never really switch off our phones, we use them until the battery is drained and lifeless. The relationship dynamic is more distorted than ever between human and cellphone, it can be easily compared to master and slave. It is hard to conclude who is serving who when one can not live without the other. I'm surprised there's no Guinness book of world record that can measure the longest time someone went offline from the internet , I bet someone tried but couldn't resist to post about it.

The new era comes with its own share of bad karma on this side of the "green" future. A whole lot of innovations and game changing solutions have been revealed, it's ironic how we would rather bite our own tails to the death before we give the planet a chance to breathe and enjoy peace. There simply isn't enough attention been given to alternative lifestyles that benefit the next generation besides this ultra-capitalistic consumer based living of fast and convenient foods and products

The most important reason as to why we need to have a Digital detox diet is because we have become chemically dependent towards electronic devices and we are close to physiological mutation meaning our DNA is changing to become more artifical & synthetic hence the term transhumanism which is caused by the excessive use of external tools that are not natural and/or symbiotic towards our wellbeing, in fact some cases are so severe that they impede human development and growth of innate abilities found in the gene pool and alters the behavior of certain organs and the organism as a whole. In simple terms the majority of modern humans are closer to this new breed of transhuman because of the drastic shift from natural living to consumerism therefore the more we don't maintain a conservative approach and a cautious behavior towards technology the further down the spiral of chaos and destruction we go to our own detriment.

The heightened stimulation we receive is far beyond the health line and we are more prone to mental instability than ever before thus a huge number of mental health illnesses are being reported and even more cases that haven't been formally recognized are rising astronomically.

The Solution is to create a time table for when you're going to be online and when you are going to be off your phone, it should be similar to an actual food diet because you wouldn't spend every moment you got on junk food right? Our habits and uses vary but the effects they have are intense, we all respond differently towards this tech pandemic and it's hard to put everyone on lockdown or on complete write off from the internet. It's all about knowing your appetite and finding the balance between healthy and overindulgence.

Figure out what is most important to you and what is unnecessary. There's too many of us normalizing obsession and we need to adopt healthy alternatives that won't cause undesirable results. Learn what makes the most use of your time and take notice of why you spend a lot of it there. Check out what are your options, which ones out of those are more beneficial and which ones are causing you harm. Fortunately, it has never been easier to do your own research in this age of information just be critical of the sources and don't be shy to cross reference and look at other sources on the same topic. It will do you more good to have different perspective and a broader understanding.

Cheers to healing and detoxifying 🧘🌼🐝
