Sanibonani ma-Afrika!

We trust that everyone travelled safe from the event.

We want to take this opportunity to thank EVERYONE who made this event, and the entire Kulani Arts Project 2023 a success. Thank you to those who spent their resources to attend the different events of our project, including the showcase event! Different organizations and individuals worked hard for such a project to be delivered in the Mpumalanga province:

• Siyabonga to the Sinani Arts Academy who availed their youth to collaborate with us. We also congratulate you on the standard of performances you brought to the event!
• Siyabonga to our beneficiary schools, Mvuyazi Primary and Emakhazeni Combined, for availing your learners to partake in the project in the different ways that you have.
• The SABC, particularly LigwalagwalaFM, has been an awesome media collaborator. Thank you for putting the project on your platforms for the benefit of our communities!
• To our media partners: Born Brand, Kagiso M Production, MARV INC., Enockie Mashele Production: Thank you for sticking with us from when this was still an idea, and for believing in empowering others through your skills!
• Siyabonga Aranda Blankets for sponsoring blankets for the production team; Debonairs Pizza (Official) for sponsoring lunch for our Sinani beneficiaries, and Oasis Waterfor hydrating the kids!
• Of course, there is no showcase event without a venue, so we are grateful to Sudwala Caves for hosting us! We also thank the African Heritage Foundation for sponsoring our stay at Sudwala!
• Siyabonga to AVS Hire AVS Hire for the high-quality sound and lighting at our final showcase event!
• To all the performers and crew members, thank you for showing up as though this was your last event!
• We are also grateful to the National Arts Council of South Africa for funding a portion of the project.
When our media partners are done with edits, the final showcase will be released and will contain full credits of all the stakeholders, some of whom we could not mention in this short statement.

The Kulani Arts Project, a product of SAwothi Productions , is evidence of the great possibilities when solution-driven people come together for the benefit of our society.
