Hout Bay Neighbourhood Watch - Project Cooking up a Storm during Lockdown

Many of us are spending more time in the kitchen during lockdown. Sometimes experimenting with new ingredients, creating wholesome family favourites or working magic with some pantry ingredients.

Join in the fun and share your learnings, recipes, tips and tricks for submission into a cookbook which will be released later this year. HBNW will be designing and releasing a cookbook highlighting all interesting things happening in kitchens across Hout Bay during the lockdown period. The aim of this project is to raise funds for 2021 safety, security and community projects.

We will raise funds for our HBNW 2021 projects and contribute 15% to feeding schemes in IY and Hangberg. Our HBNW projects will include our Radio, infrastructure, camera network and infrastructure, annual beach project and Watchcon - our 24x7 control room.
