South Africa is a Rich country, it has a lot of natural resources, and yet our people are being starved, the rate of unemployment in our black communities is way higher than other communities😔😔😔 it has always been and by the looks of things it will remain like that for years to come, because our resources, our wealth..., is being sold behind our backs..., by those who came from the very same dusty streets our people are still living in right now. They betrayed all of us, they still betraying all of us... they betraying the Organization of the people, they must be held accountable...

"THE LAW DOES NOT HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE" it will catch up with you trust me...

Everybody answers to someone and it's a fact, it's how the system has been setup, I mean even in the corporate world (PrivateSector), The Public Sector operates the same way:

The SAPS/DECTECTIVES have someone their reporting too, and that someone has people their reporting too as well and so forth...

The MAGISTRATE’S/PROSECUTORS also have someone their reporting too, and that someone has people their reporting too as well and so forth...

Therefore do not be weary in searching the internet to figure out where should you report thee dereliction of duty of the departments or individuals etc who are chosing which members of the public to help etc

-teemane Local Municipality "NW396" Youth & Community Peaceful Protest to submit a memorandum of grievances & demands at the Municipal Offices with regards to the below 3 critical matters in their Community on the 15/03/2023. (PART 01 OF THE ORIGINAL RECORDING)

(1) Water Crisis:
Issue of no running water from our taps in black communities is a huge problem, with water tankers taking a week to 2 weeks before they deliver water in other sections, and in some sections of the community they don’t even deliver water at all. with the below one has to ask himself, is it our Constitution that is failing us or is it our Government...

Right to access to water:

According to section 27(1)(b) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (the Constitution), the supreme law of South Africa, everyone has the right to have access to 'sufficient' water. As a basic human right, provided for and protected under the Constitution, access to water must be respected, promoted and fulfilled by the State.2 This right is further enshrined in section 3(1) of the Water Services Act 108 of 1998 (WSA), which provides that everyone has the right to have access to a basic water supply and basic sanitation necessary to ensure sufficient water and an environment not harmful to health or wellbeing.

(2) Access to Land: Industrialization Land, Business Land and residential Land. A question is why is it always so difficult for a black person to have access to such lands...; Government must tell us, what are they hiding. Again with the below one has to ask himself, is it our Constitution that is failing us or is it our Government...

Constitutional Provisions:

The Constitution of the Republic of South Africa guarantees equal access to land for all the citizens. According to section 25(5) of the Constitution the government ‘must take reasonable legislative and other measures, within its available resources, to foster conditions which enable citizens to gain access to land on an equitable basis’.3 Land rights are viewed in the context of property rights that are protected under the Constitution. Section 25 (7) states that a person or a community that lost property post-1913 due to discriminatory laws is entitled to restitution or redress.4 Property rights, particularly land rights, are closely connected to the problem of housing.

(i) The Reconstruction and Development Programme: A Policy Framework (1994). visited 31 May 2002.

(ii) White Paper on South African Land Policy, (April 1997). According to the White Paper, the land policy was pronounced with four objectives, namely: to correct past injustices; to engender reconciliation and stability; to promote economic growth; and to improve lives through the alleviation of poverty.

(3) Protesting the Metro fiber(Main Contractor) and For Everness Projects (Main Sub-Contractor to Metro Fiber) prejudice tendering and labour system that their utilizing in appointing subcontractors and labourers in the project of fiber taking place in their community.

(a) Wayleave: It gives Foreverness Projects legal authority to only work on the land in Christiana Town…

(b) Wayleave: does not give Foreverness Projects Legal authority to work on the land, which the following Christiana Townships are on and their respective Extensions: Geluksoord, LankGewaag, and Marikana which they have already worked on, and there are still sections and extensions to work on, which is a lot of land to cover…

(c) Therefore Foreverness Projects has worked and still is working on this land illegally and the Lekwa-Teemane Local Municipality Coalition Council, including Mayor Sebang Moses Motlhabi and the Lekwa-Teemane Local Municipality Office administration is aware of these crime and has done and still is doing nothing about it…

We are not a generation which says "We are fighting for an ideal which, if needs be, we are prepared to die". Black people have been dying, we are tired of dying.
However, Our Generation is fighting for an ideal which if needs be, we are prepared to kill for". That's the ideal of the Black Agenda.

*UBUNTU*

UBUNTU is a very nice story from Africa ...

The motivation behind the Ubuntu culture in Africa ...

An Anthropologist proposed a game to the African tribal children ...

He placed a basket of sweets near a tree

And made the children stand 100 metres away.

Then announced that whoever reaches first would get all the sweets in the basket.

When he said 'ready steady go!' ...

Do you know what these children did?

They all held each other's hands, ran together towards the tree, divided the sweets equally among themselves, ate the sweets and enjoyed it.

When the Anthropologist asked them why they did so,

They answered 'Ubuntu'.

Which meant -
_'How can one be happy when the others are sad?'_

Ubuntu in their language means -
_'I am because we are!'_

A strong message for all generations.
Let all of us always have this attitude and spread happiness wherever we go.

Let's have a *_Ubuntu_* Life ...

I AM BECAUSE WE ARE

-teemane Youth Protest on the 22-02-2023. (PART 1)

Lekwa-teemane Youth Protesting the Metro fiber and foreverness projects prejudice tendering and labour system that their utilizing in appointing subcontractors and labourers in the project of fiber taking place in their community.

Ever since the project of installing fiber in the Lekwa-teemane Local Municipality started in November 2021, only six,now allegedly 9 subcontractors, were and still are appointed to date... and only 90% of undocumented foreigners are employed by these subcontractors for laboring.

All these actions deprive the youth and the community at large business opportunity and employment.

Wherein the coalition council of Lekwa-teemane Local Municipality along with Metro fiber(Main Contractor) and Foreness Projects (Main-Subcontractor) are aware of all this injustice that was and still is transpiring to the people of this community.

While the Protest was taking place on a Public Road Leading to the Lekwa-teemane Local Municipality Offices , these subcontractors came and "STARTED" Aattcking The Youth and members of the Community. A member of the community was hit by a car by one of the Subcontractors, he opened a case the following day after being assessed by doctors, he only got his case number today 27/02/2023 after he went and complained to the higher authority for it,

After that, the conflict between the two groups started...

A Second Member of the community was assaulted by few members of this subcontractors, at a second scene now, the protest was over and they were in town minding his business, it was more than 3 of them on 1, and these took place quite close to the old burned down town clinic which is situated next to the Municipal office, while he ran to safe his life, they chased him and continued to assault him until he fell down..., he also opened a case of assault and he got his case number within 24 hours,

A third member was attack by this subcontractors, and he ran into correctional services office to safe his life, and he only came out, when the police came and fetched him while this subcontractors where waiting and asking for him to come out...

He was not assisted when he tried to open a case of common assault and intimidation..., he said he was informed by the police that he was not assaulted...and allegedly few people tried opening cases against the subcontractors and they were not assisted, but these subcontractors case of intimidation where opened by the police against some of the Youth and members of the community...

A case of Malicious damage to property and intimidation was opened by this subcontractors against the Youth and Members of the community, and "I" A PERSON THAT WAS RECORDING WAS INCLUDED IN THAT and charged on Friday 24/02/2023, WHICH I KNOW NOTHING OF SUCH, AND I HAVE TIME STAMP SHOWING I WAS NOWHERE NEAR THEM...

Infact their the ones who committed a simple assault and intimidated me and part of that is recorded on the footage I took, my phone was forcefully taken away from me for recording the protest, by the way they found me at that location recording and narrating, and off camera I got a witness...

Tomorrow the 28/02/2023 I'm appearing in court for something I did not do to prove my innocence...

This men took the law unto their own hands..., and they think their above the law, but hey maybe they are above the law because their being favored by it, because they have the previledge of opening cases in town and the Youth and Members of the community don't, so now some of them must spend money to travel to go and open cases at a regional level in the province, while they have a police station in town...

THE JUSTICE SYSTEM NEH..., you must love it...

Leader Motseki Makhate

Do yourself a Favor and Learn the Laws that are governing all your Governmental institutions, or the institutions that you interact with most of the time so that when those who are representing those institutions abuses their power you can know how to respond legally in first faces without a Lawyer by telling which "Sections and Act's" of those institutions they are breaking or have broken by their actions etc...

Also Learn the Manifesto/Policy's of The governing party The ANC so you can also hold its leadership accountable for not delivering on their promises made to the people.

Black child you have all the evidence online of their promises etc to build your case and hold them accountable...

Also you usually attend meetings that your Local Municipality, Schools etc, are inviting the community too, do yourself a favor Start Audio or Video Recording those meetings so you can have the concrete evidence to hold them accountable if the need arises.

, because Most of the time they utilize it falsely against you knowing that you going to believe them and you not going to look it up to ensure what they said is true or not.

to use the Law against them as well as their always using it against us. It is perfectly Legal. It's a long process but it's Legal.

What is illegal is Closing National Roads, burning buildings etc out of your rightfully frustration because they are depriving you of your basic human rights need, or being biased towards you or certain race or group's.

When you do that, they go to their Law's and find "Sections and Act's" that you broke to send you to Jail, they dont care about the legitimacy that made you react. It is their Legal System They Built it that Way when they took the Land. And it still stands today., They used it during the recorded apartheid era, June 16th 1976 and other historical massacre of our people when our people where fighting the injustice system and asked to be treated fairly etc,

Latest one The Marikana massacre of our people asking for fair wages. Also

SO LEARN THE LAW SO YOU CAN ALSO USE THE LAW AGAINST LAW. IT IS LEGAL.

MEET WITH THEM IN THEIR OWN RING AND FIGHT LEGALLY.

NOW OUR VERY OWN SUPOSECTLY BLACK GOVERNMENT AND ITS INSTITUTIONS IS USING THE VERY SAME SYSTEM AGAINST BLACK PEOPLE. HOW VERY PAINFUL IS THAT...
