Growing social media accounts organically is a daily struggle. With trends, algorithms and competition stepping up and changing on an almost daily basis, its hard to keep with the flow.

You probably did far too much of it this year.

Did you know the average person is struck with worry 4 times a day ‒ that's 112 times in a month.

But if you’re anything like me, and not very average in this department, you worried way more than you should’ve and it’s TIME of life that is being sucked from you.

Let’s be real.. worry doesn’t fix a problem – action does. Worry just makes you more tired, and therefore more stressed.

𝗜𝗳 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, let it be this nugget I just read from an article by Marcel Schwantes:
