Nasty C is not one to pour out his emotions in public but his relationship with Sammie Heavens has gone through a very rough patch. The song SMA, feat. Rowlene, explains how Nasty C cheated on Sammie while he was away working on his rap career. Sammie was very hurt, it even came to a point where Nasty C told the side chick that he doesn't love Sammie and the side chick posted about it, which broke Sammie into pieces. Sammie expressed how she was with Nasty C before he got famous, before he was even "Nasty C", before he was getting money, before he got all these plaques. She cut off all her friends because the only person she ever wanted to be with was Nasty C. It came to a point she couldn't focus on her studies and Nasty C wasn't answering her calls, saying she was always calling at the wrong times and he was too angry to talk. The second verse of Nasty C's part talks about how Sammie also cheated with another guy, how she laughed at everything he said and that made Nasty C insecure. As I studied Reflexology, my case study had bronchiectasis. Her husband had to pummel her back every morning to loosen the mucus in her lungs. She couldn't lie down after yoga as she was coughing all the time :(

One of my colleagues attended the same yoga classes and knew I needed a good study case. Carol agreed to come weekly for 6 weeks.

When she came for the 3rd treatment, she couldn't understand why she kept coming back as she felt terrible, the worst in a very long time. When I explained this was her body starting a clearing and healing process, she felt a bit better about the process.

A week later, in session 4, she couldn't believe how much better she felt. She looked happier and clearer in her expression and body language.

Soon she could lie down at the end of her yoga sessions and didn't cough 🙏
She committed to coming monthly for the maintenance sessions. Each and every time I worked on her lung reflexes, she coughed as the mucus in her lungs loosened up! Just beautiful 💓

A couple of years later she mentioned that she needed much less antibiotics as the inflammation in her lungs was by far not happening as often as before receiving maintenance reflexology 🙏

What this meant to her is that reflexology improved her quality-of-life 🙌 💞 💞
