So last year I dislocated my Shoulder and was, what I thought just a little setback.
After rehab I returned to training but struggled with pain and discomfort 😔
Did 4 fights this year with a torn Labrum and defects on my shoulder joint, don't recommend this to anyone as the pain just never subsided and getting through training was crazy and difficult.
I am now Finally going in for Surgery in December to repair a broken shoulder.
I feel depressed just thinking about all the work I've put in but it is for the best.
Next year I will return to training and the ring with a New shoulder.
Recovery will be a process, getting back into training will take will power and dedication.
I will return and I will be a Master Box South Africa champion that is my dream at the moment.
