"As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on the past 12 months. Despite the ups and downs, I'm grateful for the good moments I shared with loved ones - laughter, adventures, and quiet nights in with family and friends.

But this year has also taught me a valuable lesson. As I lay in the hospital bed, I realized that life is precious and fleeting. Being a patient has given me a new perspective on what truly matters. It's not the material things or the accomplishments, but the love, care, and support of those around us.

I'm grateful for the medical team who took care of me, for the friends who visited and lifted my spirits, and for the family who held my hand through it all.

As we step into the new year, I hope to carry this lesson with me - to cherish every moment, to prioritize love and connection, and to never take life for granted.

Wishing you all a happy, healthy, and fulfilling new year! "
