A 61 year old pensioner gunned down while trying to withdraw money at BBQ Ecaleni.

A 61 year old male harmless pensioner has been gunned down by a CIT Security Officer at BBQ Ecaleni Section Thembisa.

The pensioner came to withdraw cash at an ATM, when CIT vehicle arrived, it is alleged that the security officer instructed the people on queue to move away,when the pensioner was shot.

The deceased was declared deceased on the scene by the paramedics upon arrival, Tembisa Police Members are at the scene.

The pensioner's family is also at the scene.
