I want to appeal to Black Zimbabweans to treat your maids, housekeepers, and gardeners with respect.

Buy them uniforms—khaki for men who work in the house, work suits for gardeners, and a classic dress with an apron for maids.

Allow them to wash their uniforms in your washing machine so they are always clean.
They are not expensive—buy five of each, so they can wash them on Saturday, iron them on Sunday, and wear them clean from Monday to Saturday.

Buy them work shoes. Let us show respect to the people who work for us. If anyone wants to kill you, they can use them.
