was joined by BMH Sandton Wellness Counselor Thembelani Nyathi for Radio Therapy, and in recognition of Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, the feature will focus on male-specific mental issues as a way to dismantle the stigma around Men's Mental Health during the month of June 🫂❤️

Today's topic was about why depression in men is so nuanced and requires a different approach to deal with. Thembelani is available for consultations at [email protected] for Sandton students.
