Being a mama is the sweetest love I’ve ever known.

Our .za is seriously overused in our house, we’re literally always on it. It’s where Mila has her daily nap, I love sitting there while I’m working, and it’s my favourite cuddle spot with Izzy 🥰

When Izzy was born, it was my favourite place to breastfeed him and we would both fall asleep together 🥹

Both of my babies rocking one of mama’s favourite bands!⚡️

I think one of the most challenging parts about having a second child, is trying to get your first born to not feel “replaced” in any kind of way. I’ve previously said that going from 0 to 1, was way easier than 1 to 2, and this is why 🤣

Mila was not impressed WHATSOEVER. She stopped sleeping, she was waking us up at all hours of the night (more than Izzy when he was born), she wasn’t eating, she was screaming and crying all day everyday - it was just chaos and I have to say it made me feel slightly rejected as her mama (imagine how she felt).

With all of that being said, she was completely obsessed with Isaiah. Basically, his new mama 🤣

I have to know, how did you make the transition easier, how did you handle introducing your second baby to your first one?
