An Amazing talent young Artist from the Gambia🇬🇲

A driver stopped his car and was carried away when he saw this young woman with one arm painting on a wall in Senegambia. He took photos and shared them exclaiming : "I have never seen such a more inspiring Gambian in my life than her."

Her name is Aminata Yajoh. She was born with only one arm, but the 22-year-old is now one of the leading painters in the country.

"I started drawing when I was a toddler. I refused to let my handicap slow me down one bit," she said.

Besides painting, she is also a public health officer who holds a Higher National Diploma in Public & Environmental Health from Gambia College.
