🗣️Usher did what he was supposed to do.. he shared his platform with black women, subtle tributes to MJ & Prince, opened with Vegas culture, played all the hits, gave the pop fans the songs they want to hear, shined a light on ATL culture by bringing "skating & strip clubs", showcased an HBCU band (Jackson State) as well as a Fraternity (Kappa Alpha Psi), and gave a major portion of his shared stage time to two black ATL artists that may not ever be asked to headline a Super Bowl Halftime Show.... and he did all of this on a stage on live TV across all of America in the middle of Black History Month! Well done Black Man ✊🏾❤️💚💛✨

Being Courteous🙏🙏🙏👌👌 Today Word from the business Bible.!!

A week of talking about the importance of business etiquete,the word courteous means being polite and respectful, a long time ago business believed that if they had monopoly over a certain offering or product they could just be rude to their clients, sales man would take hours to serve clients, not greet clients even, they would apply a lacadascal manner to their work and this frustrated clients. The client was never the king.

This affected business as they would lose business, that was the beginning of the hiring of publicity managers who then began research into why the business was failing, many of them found out that the company reps had no courtesy, In business being courteous is worth more than money as this creates loyalty, people always remember how you treated them more than what you sold them, and at the same time people like to talk about both negative and positive treatment.

A business build on courtesy will grow much faster because that kind of business has ambassadors, these ambassadors are the clients who hold on to the word of mouth, this is the birth of testimonials, thats why even in a church the pastor does not skip that very important testimonial time, because for him those testimonies are the spring board for more congregents joining his church.

A business without courtesy is like a ship without a radder.

Courtesy, courtesy, it should be a character thats innate in the soul of man, it has a direct reflection on the heart of a business, a business with a big heart have greater positive influence on the society. Start practicing courtesy and one will see the change that comes with this ingredient of life.

When one stand before the sun, with their back against the sun, their shadow is cast towards it and therefpre obstructing the light, whats seen is the shadow, but when one stands looking at the sun and its piercing raises, the shadow dossapears and there is only light around you,

This light is what we need in order to feed life and harness strength to overcome any darknesses that holds us back in life, the courage and tenacity to face the scorching sun is the same effort and courage we should instill in ourselves to challenge the obstacles of life so that our heart desires can be achieved,

Rise and shine,, life does not wait for anybody, you are not getting any younger, the energy you habe now as a young person shall one day wilt lile a flower in the winter, and you shall not have that energy you possess now, you will spend most of your time on the bed of rest, your heart shall wish you could even move a centimeter but the body shall refuse.

The only time you have is now, money is motional and its attracted by kinetic energy, when you move it moves towards you,when you sleep it sleeps.

This time last year, Billionaire rapper, Diddy, took his 2 baby mamas and his girlfriend all together on a New Year Yacht cruise to St Barths.

He took his main chic, rapper Yung Miami with him. He also took his baby mama, Sarah Chapman, the mother of his 17-year-old daughter, Chance Combs, with him. And lastly, the mother of his newborn baby girl, Dana Tran, was also there!

2) Do an exercise for at least 30 minute daily, it'll surely change your life.
3) Set clear goals and write them in your own diary.
4) Everyday make a To-do List and work towards achieving your goals everyday.
5) Even with the best plans in the world, nothing happens until you take action to reach your goals.
6) Developing positive habits is one of the most effective ways to transform your life.
7) Surround yourself with positive influence, people who inspire you, and share your vision and goals. Conversely, avoid negative influences that bring you down or distract you from your goals.
8) Stop following social media channels. that entrench negative vibrantions in you importantly,only allow positove onse.
9) No more late night (1 AM ) conversations.
10) Take care of yourself physically, mentally & emotionally.
11) Think long term, be patient, and focus on the process, not the results.
I have tried to answer this question according to my own life changing principles.
