Good morning South Africa! New podcast episode uploaded! main platform links available here: linktr.ee/marinust I had an awesome time at the Aurum POP INN clinic at Loftus last week. Interviewed the amazing Mmakgabo Seopa and got to snap a pic with Vee donning the most awesome work outfit ever!! As always, more pictures can be seen on the LGBTQ+ South Africa Podcast Instagram page so make sure to follow there as well.

In this episode I visit the Aurum Institute Pop Inn Clinic at Loftus Shopping Center in Pretoria and have a chat to Mmakgabo Seopa about mental health challenges and options within the LGBTQ+ community. I was happy to hear that just like me at Redo You - Personal Growth and Development Coaching, she favours CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) when counselling.

Mmakgabo Seopa is a 29year old mother of one, who is ambitious, committed and a hardworking female. She has recently obtained her Bachelor of psychology degree from the Pearson Institute of Higher Education (now Known as Eduvos).

She is a qualified Registered Counsellor through the Health Profession Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and currently employed at Youth Health Africa (YHA) as a psychosocial counsellor. YHA is an organization that is partnered with The Aurum Institute and is focused on empowering differently-able youth with employment opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Why am I SUPER excited for 2022? Because 2021 taught me many tough lessons, forcing me to grow, and has left me happier and healthier and more determined than ever to help others be happier, healthier human beings and to educate the world around me. That is what my heart yearns to achieve with my coaching and my podcast.
