About Scene and Sip

Siphuthadichaba (Pretoria born) and Scene DJ (Swaziland born) have a combined sound that encapsulates bringing people together and setting the scene for good vibes and good energy.

Scene and Sip AKA S&S are a DJ duo from South Africa, residing in London, who love to explore new sounds and share their love for music with other music lovers.

Independently, they grew up with a love for music and listened to a lot of radio, where they were exposed to different sounds which helped refine their music listening skills enabling them to link different songs together and recognizing different elements of various sounds.

Fast forward, the pair decided to invest in their growth and development as DJs by enrolling in the Pete Tong DJ academy and are working towards being a part of the Pete Tong talent pool.

Introducing Frigid Armadillo, the dynamic music duo based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Comprised of Lebo Lechela (30) and Siyabulela Buhlungu (30), they bring an eclectic fusion of tech and mainstream house to their sound. The duo first met at the University of Johannesburg and have been friends for a decade, driven by their shared love for music and dedication to perfecting their production skills.

Despite pursuing professional careers in marketing alongside their music, Frigid Armadillo's passion for their craft remains unwavering. Their unique style caught the attention of London-based recording label, Aluku Records, which focuses on providing African artists with an international music platform. In 2019, after hearing Frigid Armadillo's single "The Journey," Aluku Records offered them a music distribution deal, enabling the duo to unleash their creativity without limitations and stay true to their sound.

In 2020, Frigid Armadillo experienced a taste of success with their global hit "Roam in A Day" from their debut EP "Adam's Calendar," which resonated with audiences worldwide and introduced them to the industry. Since then, they have consistently released high-quality music that stands out from the crowd. Despite the challenges faced by the world in 2021, Frigid Armadillo continued to achieve positive results. In March of that year, they performed at the renowned Gondwana party in Nairobi, sharing the stage with esteemed acts such as Suraj, Black Motion, and Euggy.

The duo's talent has garnered support from notable industry figures including Black Coffee, Sun-El Musician, Prince Kaybee, and DJ Jazzy Jeff, among others. Frigid Armadillo's music has captivated audiences and DJs alike, receiving recognition from a diverse range of industry professionals.

Vasilis was born and raised in Tripoli, Greece in 1996. His first contact with music was at the age of 8 when he started studying classical piano and got degree in music harmony. He then continued his studies in jazz theory & harmony and jazz piano. As he grew older, he began to combine his music education in classical and contemporary music with the love for electronic music.
Vasilis has released original tracks in MoBlack records ("It's All Gone Ep"), Madorasindahouse ("Mama Jomu") and Bayaka records ("Doni"). Also, his track "Doni" is part of the soundtrack of "Blood And Water" 3rd season on Netflix.
His music has been played by Black Coffee, Themba, Karyendasoul, Dj Kabila, Kususa, Liva K and many more.
Vasilis was a resident dj and musician at The Ritz Carlton Maldives, the Westin Maldives and now he is the resident dj of W Costa Navarino in Greece.
Recently he had his "It's All Gone" Ep tour in South Africa.

Hailing from Duduza, East of Johannesburg, KVRVBO or Karabo Moloi is a full time creative, working as a Graphic designer & Art Director for a branding and Ad agency, DJ and Producer. The success of his earliest works led to recognition on one of South Africa’s leading radio station and releasing his first official track under Stay True Sounds.

Within his journey to become one of the best in the game, he has featured on a few compilations, an article feature on Red Bull and collaborated with the likes of Kid Fonque, Intr0beatz(Iceland), DR.1MORE, Billowjazz, Jazzuelle, Rephlex, Zito Mowa, Radic, Messive Musik and more.

Also released music under renowned labels like Stay True Sounds, Ambious Records, Closer to Truth(UK), Garden Groove, Just Move Records and Rogue Decibels.
